After scoring success with 118 earlier this year, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram has hit the success track and is looking forward to continuing the same with his upcoming films. He is currently working on a film which is being directed by Sathish Vegnesa. Mehreen is playing the female lead in it.

This film was launched a few weeks back in Hyderabad. On the occasion of Kalyan Ram’s birthday, the title of this film is revealed by the makers. This is the 17th film of Kalyan Ram in his career. Touted to be a family entertainer, this film will be on the lines of Satish’s earlier films like Shatamanam Bhavati and Srinivasa Kalyanam.

Popular music label Aditya Music ventured into Telugu production with this movie. It is being presented by Shivalenka Krishna Prasad. We have to see whether Satish fixes a trendy tile or a traditional title for this movie.

Actor Nandamuri Kalyan Ram is testing his luck this Friday with his latest film 118. Directed by noted cinematographer KV Guhan, 118 is a thriller drama which has Shalini Pandey and Nivetha Thomas as female leads. The pre-release event of the film was held last night in Hyderabad.

Speaking at the event, Kalyan Ram said, “I always try to come up with something new for the audience but somehow failed in many of the attempts. But those failures won’t stop me from experimenting with new subjects. Like Tarak said at Temper’s audio launch, I will try till I win your hearts.”

Kalyan needs this film to be a hit as his last ventures Naa Nuvve and MLA turned out to be failures. The music of the film is composed by Shekhar Chandra. It is produced by Mahesh S Koneru under East Coast Media.

Ever since the biopic on legendary actor turned politician NTR was announced, the expectations have been sky-high on this project. The makers have roped in star actors and increased the buzz around the film.

But, the Nandamuri fans are still disappointed that Junior NTR is not going to be a part of the film. Many rumors came out that Balakrishna and NTR are not on good terms which is why NTR was not given a role in NTR biopic. “I have heard such rumors but they are not true. Even NTR was the one who launched the audio of the film. We all know that NTR is a star hero and he should get a role that justifies his stardom. If he gets a small role then the fans will definitely be disappointed. So, it would be better to keep him out of the project than experiment with him and make the fan get upset” said Nandamuri Kalyan Ram.

It is known that Nandamuri Kalyan Ram is playing the role of his father Nandamuri Harikrishna in the movie. ‘NTR Kathanayakudu’ is slated for a grand release on January 9th, 2019.

Akkineni Nagarjuna is currently busy shooting for a multistarrer in the direction of Sriram Adithya. Nani is seen in the other lead role of the film. Nagarjuna has not signed any new film but the buzz states that he will give a green signal for another interesting project which is also a multistarrer.

Kalyan Ram Nandamuri signed a multistarrer in the direction of Pawan Sadineni who earlier directed the films Savitri and Prema Ishq Kaadhal. Kalyan Ram wanted to cast a star hero for this film alongside him. Earlier, it was rumored that Hari Krishna will act in the movie but it is not happening now. The trailer launch event of Jr NTR’s Jai Lava Kusa happened yesterday with a lot of frenzy. Speaking at the event, NTR said that he and his brother and the film’s producer Kalyan Ram wanted to collaborate the first time for a film.

NTR further said that he was initially scared after Bobby narrated Jai Lava Kusa’s script to him. Tarak said that all the three characters are equally important for the film’s narrative. Finally, NTR dedicated Jai Lava Kusa to all the lovely brothers in this world.

The film’s audio received a thumping response and the film is scheduled to hit the screens on September 27th.
