There were talks about ace filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi’s health recently. Many leading media houses claimed that Rajkumar Santhoshi was hospitalized on Wednesday. Also, it was reported that he had heart problems and that’s why he was hospitalized.

“I am well and have no heart issues. I just gone to Nanavati Hospital for a routine check-up” Rajkumar Santoshi said in a statement.

Where the spokesperson of Rajkumar Santoshi stated in contrast. He trashed the rumors that Rajkumar was hospitalized and confirmed that he was doing good. Rajkumar Santoshi said, “I am doing well. I was on my regular visit to the hospital. Nothing more than that”.

Rajkumar Santoshi has directed several films which were critically acclaimed. Some of his movies include Pukar, Lajja and The Legend of Bhagat Singh, which also won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi. He has also made films like Ghatak, China Gate, Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani, and Phata Poster Nikhla Hero.

It’s a known fact that Nandamuri Balakrishna had been battling shoulder pain for some time now. He went in for a surgery last Saturday, on February 3. Balakrishna underwent a surgery to repair the rotator cuff muscle on his right shoulder at the Continental Hospital.

The operation was successfully completed under the guidance of Dr Deepthi Nandan Reddy and Dr Ashish Babulkar from Pune. Balakrishna was in the hospital for two days. Doctors discharged him today morning. He has been advised rest for a month during which he is required to visit the hospital for weekly checkups.

On the work front, Balayya was last seen in Jai Sima which went on to become a blockbuster hit. He has signed some movies for which he will start shooting by mid of March.

Top Kannada actress Ragini Dwivedi has been admitted in a private hospital as she complained of severe stomach pain. As per reports, the actress is currently kept in ICU. Food poison is heard to be the reason for her ill health.

Recently we have reported that a Kannada producer has filed a case in JP Magar police station alleging that Ragini has been refusing to return the Rs 16 Lakh advance amount that he had paid to her to act in a film, that was scrapped off. Producer Venkatesh filed a case on heroine Ragini Dwivedi and her brother Dixit.

He is alleging that Ragini is playing this hospital drama as she is scared of police investigation. Meanwhile, her fans across the Kannada state are praying for her health.

Bollywood’s yesteryear actor Shashi Kapoor is now shifted to ICU. Few days back, he was hospitalized due to few minor health issues. It further led to serious condition and he has been shifted to ICU by the doctors. As per the details, Shashi Kapoor has been admitted in hospital as he is suffering from cough.

Later on, it became serious and lead to chest infection. It seems that Shashi Kapoor previously reported Kidney problem. Doctors revealed that his condition is now stable and is sustaining on antibiotics. He will be kept in ICU under doctor’s observation for few more hours.

In a shocking development, the Universal Star Mohanlal has been hospitalized today for severe leg pain! The actor, it seems, has been having trouble with the pain for some time now but refused to get it treated as he was busy with his shooting schedules earlier.

However, today, after four days of severe pain the actor was rushed to a private hospital in Kochi for medical attention. The doctors then diagnosed it as a case of spondylitis .

Though a surgical procedure was advocated by the doctors, it looks like that won’t be happening now. Lalettan, as he is referred to by the fans, has been prescribed medication and a complete bed rest for the next few days.

As per reports received just hours ago, he has been discharged from the hospital and has been asked to follow the treatment plan prescribed.

Fans of the actor are drawing a breath of relief and wishing him a speedy recovery.

Mohanlal’s upcoming movie is the comedy entertainer Peruchazhi, directed by Arun Vaidyanathan. The flick’s producer Sandra Thomas said they would wait for the actor to recover to launch the audio of the film.

The movie is set to release on this August 29th. The trailer has so far received positive responses from the viewers.

Peruchazhi also stars Mukesh, Baburaj, Aju Varghese and Poonam Bajwa and was shot mostly in the United States. In fact, the film currently holds the record for the longest shoot abroad for a Mollywood movie and also for being the first one to be shot at the famous Universal Studios in Hollywood.
