Hansika Motwani just keeps getting better and better at earning a good reputation as a girl of many talents. Her charitable and social service oriented activities are always kept below the radar as the diva is not looking for pats on the back or showers of praise for her actions.

Now she has found a way to connect one of her passions, which is painting, to her other one. Over the years, she had painted many beautiful pieces and the actress herself was planning to hold an exhibition some day to make some money from it through sales – money which would go straight to charity.

Now suddenly, that plan has been put into action through no decision from her own as someone has bought one of her paintings for Rs 15 lacs!

Yes, it was a friend of one of Hansika’s relatives who chanced upon a painting of hers – a beautiful piece depicting Radhe Krishna – and fell in love with it. So much so, that an offer of Rs 15 lacs was made and was accepted by a thrilled Hansika.

The bubbly and gorgeous starlet is currently on a trip around Europe with many destinations on her list, and she has posted many pictures as well for her fans to see and comment on.

It was also leaked yesterday that the Maan Karate lass was planning to ‘adopt’ five children in need, on her birthday this year, which falls a week from now on August 9th.

Her heart of gold is certainly one to applaud for, as no celeb thus far of her age seems to be doing so much to give back to the world. Beauty certainly is not skin deep in Hansika’s case…

And it seems also that the fates have rewarded her good will with good fortune as far as her career goes, as she is busy with a huge number of projects right now.
Sunder C’s Aranmanai and Vaalu with Simbu are two her upcoming releases, while some others are yet to be completed or is in postproduction.

That is the news that has just gotten leaked, and that too from the starlet’s own mother, Dr Mona! But me thinks that ‘adopt’ here means a financial adoption of their schooling and expenses and such probably, not an actual adoption… or is it?!

Nay, that is just too unlikely of a possibility. The actress is rather busy with a huge number of movies and she is far too young to be play mommy dearest to five kids now – I mean, let’s get real for a second!

But it is surprising how big her heart is, as she kept this to herself and did not want it to become a publicity stunt. The bubbly and vivacious young diva is currently on an international travelling spree which her fans are very much aware of – she is literally flooding her instagram with pics of her travels in exotic locations such as Ibiza, Paris , Barcelona and Amsterdam to name a few.

And this should be a much needed break for Hansika given the sheer amount of work she has going on.

She is waiting for the release of Vaalu with Simbu, the completion of Romeo Juliet with Jayam Ravi and the launch of Aambaley with Vishal.

Meagamann with Arya is currently in postproduction, and she has also signed up for Chimbu Devan’s Vijay starrer coming soon. Oh, and let us not forget the Sunder C horror comedy Aranmanai which is also up for its big release.

I mean, it would be ridiculous of any one to actually take on more responsibilities at this point in their lives, but Hansika believes in giving back and her actions do suggest selflessness and kindness.

Nayantara is the highest paid actress in the south and for good reason, but even she can ‘lose projects’ it seems. And not just to anybody, but the bubbly and glamorous Hansika Motwani, who is currently the third highest earner after Nayan and Kajal Aggarwal.

Wondering what exactly we’re talking about?

Here’s the scoop.. Director Sunder C’s next flick with Vishal is titled Aambala and has slowly been building up hype since news about it began getting out. The lead actress in the film, as it has been announced now, is Hansika.

But it was also reported earlier on that actor Arya, who is a close personal friend of Vishal, was recommending Nayantara for that particular role. So most people felt the deal was a lock, given the friendship of the two actors and the successful prior working history of Nayan and Vishal in movies like Sathyam.

However, the wild card in the situation who popped up out of nowhere was Hansika. See, Hansika just so happens to be a close friend of director Sunder C’s wife – the actress Khushboo – and it is through this relationship that she convinced the film maker and managed to sign the dotted lines on this project.

And it is not like he needed much convincing, as he had just worked with her in the yet to release Aranmanai.

Meanwhile, it’s not like Nayan’s sitting at her home, killing time and looking for work or anything.. she’s quite busy with multiple projects including Idhu Namm Aalu, directed by Pandiraj and starring Simbu, which has for some reason stalled for now in the final stages of production.

Sigh. The business and the industry behind the screens that runs these well oiled machines which bring us such entertainment can be frustrating and perplexing things indeed.

Hansika Motwani, the bubbly young diva, seems to be the most common target for these over enthusiastic, and at times downright sleazy fans in tinsel town. This is the third time in the past few years that the actress has faced such an incident!

Here’s what happened..

Hansika sometimes, to chill out a little goes to the multiplexes in Chennai to watch movies – as normal people do. But this itself can lead to trouble as she is very easily recognized and mobs form immediately pestering her for autographs and photos and stuff. A cross every celebrity bears, one supposes..

So usually, security personnel accompany the celebs but Hansika likes to go on these ‘hangout’ missions alone if possible. Before, when she was in a relationship, Simbu would be with her on her ‘day of fun’ but this time obviously, he wasn’t.

So while she was watching a movie at the Escape Cinemas on Express Avenue, Chennai, she was recognized and fans quickly ganged up on her. Some began asking for the usual stuff but others began pulling her hands, and sources say some shady cowards even touched her inappropriately!

Thankfully, she was saved by the theatre authorities who came rushing in and the actress was escorted out.

Now this is just bad form people! Girls have enough trouble on their hands these days with such slimy characters but being a celeb must make the problem a million times worse!

Hansika faced similar situations earlier this year in Goa while filming for a movie there, and also in Coimbatore a few years back.

Anways, the lovely young star seems to have taken it in stride and chalked it up to just a bad situation that happened because she chose to go alone. Heartbreaking indeed.

She has many movies in the works including Meagamaan, Vaalu, Romeo & Juliet, Power and Uyire Uyire. Looks like she really needed a break from work.. Shame on you so called fans.

Actor Vishal has had his share of success lately with hits like Pandiyanadu and Naan Sigappu Manithan, and now he is all set to romance the gorgeous and bubbly Hansika Motwani! Yes, the duo are going to be the lead pair in the yet untitled flick directed by Sunder C.

This is the first time the actors are pairing up but they both have worked with Sunder before. The director had worked with Vishal in Mada Gaja Raja a while back but the film got shelved later and didn’t make it to the big screens for unknown reasons.

Their working relationship on that flick, however, must have been good as not only are they collaborating on this new one as actor and director, but Vishal is also producing the film under the banner of his company Vishal Film Factory.

Sunder had previously worked with Hansika in Theeya Velai Seyyanum Kumaru and is currently directing her in Aranmanai, which is set to release this July.

Vishal is busy with Poojai, in which he stars opposite Shruthi Haasan, under the direction of Hari. Poojai is also a production of his home company. And not just that, sources say the young actor has also agreed to produce director Hari’s next flick after hearing just a one liner about the plot.

Vishal is very busy and definitely on quite an ambitious path.

The Sunder C – Vishal – Hansika movie will launch in September, after all three are finished with their current engagements.

Actor Silamabarasan, or Simbu as he is better known, is Kollywood’s favorite tabloid personality and for good reason, with his high profile relationships with some gorgeous starlets in the past. The most recent of them, which captured everyone’s attention and hearts, was the rather short lived romance with actress Hansika Motwani.

The couple broke up a few months ago and then admitted their relationship to the media and led to much speculation about its truths and lies. But now it seems that it was indeed a meaningful one as Simbu tweets about missing the young starlet!

Well, the diplomatic young star didn’t exactly name her in the tweet that has gone viral; but he does speak of missing buying his ‘girlfriend’ gifts as he returned from travel.

This is what he said:

“So used to shop in the airport duty free for my #girlfriend … But walking passed all the shops feels different … #single :)”

Clearly, the actor remains bitter sweet about their break up but if history has proven anything, it’s that Simbhu bounces back pretty soon. So now, the single actor is on the ‘market’ again and is surely set to grab the gossip headlines with his stormy love life.

However, giving credit where credit is due, Simbhu is a consummate professional and even after the break up, he worked with Hansika in Vaalu in which they play the leads, though according to sources, they maintained their distance from each other.

My, my… it must be hard to work with your ‘ex’ in a field that demands a certain level of appearances and invites public scrutiny, but some do make it look easy..

Some guys can just not carry on with their lives even when they have broken up with their girlfriends. A case of ‘Sour grapes’ seems to be the most prevalent one in their lives.

For some it’s the emotional withdrawal that makes it difficult for them to move on whereas for others,it is the feeling of rejection that does not let them grow in their lives.

One such case is that of the now separated couple of Simbu & Hansika.

Well known for having an affair at all points of time with some or the other heroine, Superstar Simbu always appears in the headlines.

Stirring the hornet’s nest, this time he made interesting remarks about his ex-girl friends.

‘I’ve always acted with my ex-girlfriends . I do not see any issue with that. My love for them is the same at all points of time, but it is their hearts that are getting changed’, he stated.

When the question of her take on working with ex-boyfriends was asked to Hansika, she replied saying, “I’m working for my director and producer, but not for the sake of hero Simbu. It’s my responsibly to wrap this project”.

Well, the couple seems to be at loggerheads ever since they broke up midway on the sets of the very movie who’s song they are shooting right now.

Here’s hoping that these celebs bury the hatchet and get on talking terms with each other.

In shocking news, Hansika Motwani was misbehaved towards by a group of people claiming to be her fans while on shoot in Goa!

She was filming a duet song with actor Siddharth for the movie Uyire Uyire, which is a Tamil/Telugu project, when a small crowd of men entered the set pretending to ask for her autograph. The actress got the shock of her life when things suddenly changed for the worse when some of them tried to feel her up in the shuffle. In fact, reports say she was ‘touched’ before the crew stepped in and threw out the rowdy group.

Hansika was shaken by the incident and the shoot was called off for the day. Siddharth and the rest of the crew comforted the upset starlet, though quite understandably, they shifted the location of the song the next day since she couldn’t possibly act in the same place.

Hansika was also surprised it seems that people recognized her in Goa where she felt her south Indian movie stardom mattered less. She assumed it must be from her work as a child artist in Hindi in her earlier years and though little solace, this recognition was deeply appreciated by her.

Hansika, of course, has been a tabloid sweet heart recently for her alleged relationship and subsequent break up with Kollywood star Silambarasan.

The movie Uyire Uyire is being produced by yesteryear actress Jayaprada and politician Amar Singh.

Sivakarthikeyan starrer ‘Maan Karate’ gets a big box office swoop on its opening day, with collections believed to be around Rs. 3 crores – though the producer hasn’t revealed the exact amount.

This is Shivakarthikeyan’s third movie and so far it matches collections of the movies of some of the big names in Kollywood. Though occupancy in theatres waned from 90% in the morning to lower numbers during the matinees, the multiplexes recorded good attendance.

The movie also seems to be getting good ‘word of mouth’ reviews and ‘thumbs ups’ from the fans, though the critics have given it mixed reviews.

The movie’s lead female role is played by Hansika Motwani and the pair seems to have good onscreen chemistry. Directed by Thirukumaran and produced by P. Midhun, the film’s music was composed by Anirudh Ravichander.

All this officially makes ‘Maan Karate’ this summer’s first big release. Excellent post production promotions and the success of the pre launched audio seem to have played a big part in drawing crowds to the theatre.

Is this a sign that the talented Sivakarthikeyan might soon make it to that esteemed ‘top tier’ of stars in Kollywood?

Chennai-based Cab company has filed a case against Actress Hansika Motwani alleging a breach of agreement from her side.

As mentioned in the agreement, Hansika was supposed to attend a commercial event in Chennai for the company’s opening. At the last minute,however, Hansika demanded five more travel tickets which drew flak from the Company .

The company alleged that they had already given her enough tickets for the travel. Hansika thereby dropped out at the last moment leading to a breach in the agreement.

As a result, the company owners filed a case against Hansika alleging a breach in the earlier-greed-upon agreement clause.

Hansika Motwani is currently shooting for Maan Karate in Pondicherry. With few other films in the pipeline, this news is sure to get her negative publicity with her professionalism being in question.
