A few days back, it is reported that star producers Allu Aravind and DIl Raju will be producing the Hindi remake of Jersey. Original version’s director Gautham Tinnanuri will also helm this project and original version’s producers Sithara Entertainments will co-produce it.

Initially, it was reported that Karan wanted to buy the remake rights but he backed off when Sithara Entertainments stated that they wanted to co-produce it. Anyways, we hear that Allu Aravind’s eldest son Allu Bobby will be handling the production matters of this film.

Apparently, Bobby has also set up an office in Bombay and will soon start working there. This marks the comeback of Geetha Arts in Hindi after a decade. The last Hindi film they produced was Ghajini. It is also being heard that Bobby will plan to produce more projects in Bollywood to expand their company in Mumbai as well.

Starring Akhil Akkineni in the lead role, Geetha Arts banner is going to come up with an exciting project now. Bommarillu Bhaskar is the director of the film. The untitled project is going to kick-start soon. Meanwhile, Akhil is planning to come up with simultaneous movies.

If everything is believed to be true, Akhil might team up with Prashant Varma who earlier made the films AWE, That Is Mahalakshmi. He is currently working on the project Kalki. After finishing Kalki, Prashant Varma might take a final call on the script that he wanted to do with Akhil. In the meantime, Akhil will wrap up the shoot for Bhaskar’s film.

On the other side, the makers are yet to lock the heroine for Akhil’s film in Bhaskar’s direction.

Mega Prince Varun Tej scored a blockbuster recently in the form of F2 and started the year 2019 on a good note. Even though Anthariksham disappointed him a bit, F2 which came soon after, brought back this young actor on to the success track. Currently, he is prepping up to start his next film Valmiki under the direction of Harish Shankar.

According to the grapevine, Varun Tej also bagged yet another crazy project. Apparently, he has signed to play the lead in the Telugu remake of super hit Hindi film Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety. Earlier, there were reports came in stating that Allu Arjun has signed this film and Trivikram is directing it.

But it has now become clear that the film the both are working on is not a remake of any movie. It seems that Geeta Arts will bankroll this remake and it will be the first time for Varun Tej to act under his uncle Allu Aravind’s banner. If everything gets materialized, the shoot of the film starts in a couple of months.

After scoring back to back debacles, Tollywood Superstar Mahesh Babu has recently come back into the form with a blockbuster movie ‘Bharath Ane Nenu’. Touted to be a political drama, the movie succeeded in making big collections at the box office.

Currently, Mahesh Babu is shooting for his upcoming movie ‘Maharshi’ under the direction of Vamsi Paidipally. Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead in the movie and the expectations are sky high on the film. The shooting of the film is yet to be wrapped up and Mahesh Babu is lining up a series of projects. After ‘Maharshi’, Mahesh is going to do a movie under the direction of Sukumar and the ‘Spyder’ actor has signed a project with ‘Arjun Reddy’ fame Sandeep Reddy. As per the latest reports, one of the top production houses in Tollywood, Geetha Arts banner is on board to bankroll this project.

Sandeep is currently busy with the Hindi remake of ‘Arjun Reddy’. The official details are yet to be announced. Geetha Arts is much likely to bankroll Mahesh and Sandeep project which will go on from the end of 2019 or starting of 2020.

Tollywood actor Naga Shourya getting to ready to act in a new film under mega banner Geetha Arts. As per the reports if everything goes well he will act in a new movie to be directed by a young Tollywood director. Geetha Arts 2 will bankroll that project.

Naga Shaurya’s recently released film Narthanasala bombed at box-office and he is waiting eagerly for a big break. After Chalo all his movies Kanam, Ammammagarillu and Narthanasala disappointed him at the box-office.

‘Paper Boy’ starring Santosh Shoban and Riya Suman will be releasing on August 31st. The theatrical rights of the film have been bagged by Geetha Arts banner.

Producers Allu Aravind, Bunny Vas and director Meher Ramesh have watched ‘Paper Boy’ movie in a special screening hosted by director Sampath Nandi who happens to be the producer of the film. Post watching, producer Aravind appreciated Sampath for its content and accordingly the rights were settled for a good amount.

Jaya Shankarr is getting introduced as director with ‘Paper Boy’ while Bheems has composed music.

The trailer of the film has garnered a good response with over a million views and there is a positive vibe for ‘Paper Boy.’

Stylish star Allu Arjun, who is getting ready to start the shooting of DJ, has reportedly decided to remake a yet to be released Kannada film titled ‘Badmash’

It is heard that after watching the trailer of Badmash, Bunny showed interest and watched the special screening of the film, which is slated to hit screens on October 28. He is heard to have decided to acquire the remake rights of the film and the remake will be produced by his father’s Geetha Arts banner.

How a small-time thief unearths a big scam involving the state’s home minister forms the story of Badamash. If not Bunny, Sirish will play the lead role in the remake of this thriller. An official announcement is expected post the release of this Kannada film.

If Bunny decides to act in the Telugu remake, this project will go on floors after the completion of DJ and Lingusamy’s project.
