From the last few days, it is being rumored in media that Rowdy Hero Vijay Deverakonda is planning to make a film with dashing director Puri Jagannath. Finally, Puri’s business partner and co-founder of PC Connects, Charmme, made the news official and announced their new film with Vijay.

Charmme also posted a picture of Vijay, Puri and herself. This new film will be presented by Puri’s wife Lavanya and it will be bankrolled jointly by Puri and Charmme under the banners Puri Jagannath Touring Talkies and PC Connects. Apparently, this will not be a sequel to iSmart Shankar as it is being rumored in media.

It seems that Puri is penning a fresh script for Vijay and on top of that, the actor will be seen in a stammering character in the film. More details about the rest of the cast and crew and the launch of the film will be announced soon.

Even after the two weeks of its release, iSmart Shankar is still continuing its dream run at the box office. The team is enjoying the success daily by attending the interviews on going for success-tours. One man who was missed all these days in these celebrations was hero Ram himself.

Ram went on a pre-planned vacation a few days before the release of iSmart Shankar. That is the reason why he was not able to be a part of these celebrations until now. Finally, Ram is back home and as soon as he reached Hyderbad, he left to Puri’s cave and celebrated the success with the team.

One of the film’s producers, Charmme tweeted, “Ustaaaad @ramsayz brings energy in #iSmartShankar celebrations. Feeling the real ISMART BLOCKBUSTER feel now.” Director Puri Jagannath, heroine Nidhi Agerwal, Bhakarabhatla, Uttej and a few others were present at this party.

Puri Jagannadh is currently very much busy shooting for his next film titled as Rogue. The film is going to be pretty much interesting for all those involved because the shoot has been completed a long time back. The makers are pretty much confident that the film will impress everyone. The film was made as a bilingual in both Telugu and Kannada languages. The director initially launched the first look posters and created some curiosity on the movie, and the movie comes with a caption “Maro Chanti Gadi Prema Katha.”

The teaser of the movie was released by Puri Jagan last night. The teaser introduced the lead actor Ishaan. ‘Rogue’ stars Ishan, Pooja Jhaveri and Mannara Chopra in the lead roles. Ishan is the nephew of leading producer C R Manohar who bankrolled Mahatma. Puri Jagganadh tweeted, “#RogueTeaser #DebutHero @cv_ishan #Rogue Hope u all like it”.

Crazy director Puri Jagannath has a section of hardcore fan followers in Tollywood.

Puri has created a separate brand of himself with his terrific hero characterizations, explosive dialogues and the ability to showcase any social issue without inhibitions. However, of late, he is unable to score big hits and even his supposed to be Chiranjeevi’s 150th film ‘Auto Jaani’ was shelved.

With no star hero showing confidence to act under his direction, Puri has sketched a master plan it is said. As per reports, Puri has convinced, at least, that’s what he claims, Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, who was recently released from prison, with his story and will soon direct him.

Well, even if that movie doesn’t go on floors, Puri plans to show that film as bait and grab the dates of our star heroes. Master stroke, we say.
