Vijay Devarakonda and Rashmika Mandanna starrer ‘Geeta Govindam’ has been earning profits for the distributors. Parasuram directed this romantic entertainer whereas Bunny Vas under the production banner of Geetha Arts 2 bankrolled this project.

After scoring a sensational blockbuster, the director and producer duo are collaborating again for their next movie as well. Parasuram has got another interesting story with him which also impressed the young producer. Revealing the news, Bunny Vas stated that when the shooting of ‘Geetha Govindam’ was going on, Parasuram had narrated another interesting story to him.

He added that he got really impressed with it and has even given the keys of a brand new flat to Parasuram as advance remuneration. That project will be going on floors soon. The cast and crew details of this project are yet to be revealed.

Geetha Arts are the prestigious banner in Tollywood. The production house was divided into two houses while the Geetha Arts concentrate on making big budgeted flicks and the banner Geetha Arts 2 will focus on bringing some decent medium and low budgeted flicks which are rich in content. Already, the banner has made films like Bhale Bhale Magadivoi. The production house has announced their new film which will be in the combination of Vijay Devarakonda and Parasuram. Parasuram recently scored a hit Srirasthu Subhamasthu, and Vijay is enjoying the success of Pelli Choopulu.

“We are delighted with hat-trick hits for Allu Aravind and Geetha Arts in 2016. Parasuram of Sreerasthu Shubhamasthu narrated a good storyline and I liked it. We confirmed the project in a single sitting. GA2 is getting ready assuring one more huge success in 2017 and beginning the shoot.” announced Bunny Vas revealing the project details on the New Year’s eve.

The Marathi blockbuster film Sairat is going to be remade in Telugu now. Already Rock Line Venkatesh who produced Power and Lingaa has grabbed the remake rights of the movie for South languages, and he is planning for the Telugu version soon. If all goes well, the remake should go on to the floors very soon. The buzz is that Srirasthu Subhamasthu and Solo director Parasuram is going to direct it. The story and screenplay works are currently in progress, and if everything goes well, the project will be officially announced soon.

Parasuram who recently finished the project Srirasthu Subhamasthu is getting a lot of offers, but he has been staying patient to select a good project. The cast and crew details of the project are expected to be revealed soon.

Director Parasuram of ‘Solo’ fame has recently made a praiseworthy comeback with Allu Sirish and Lavanya Tripathi starrer ‘Srirasthu Subhamasthu’.

Sharing the happiness after the success of the film, Parasuram said that he actually prepared this subject keeping Allu Arjun in mind. ‘I have a dream of directing Bunny, and I also narrated him a couple of storylines. When I went to his office to narrate the subject of ‘Srirasthu Subhamasthu’, Allu Aravind sir told me that Bunny was busy with other commitments, and he asked me to make this film with Sirish instead’.

‘I am happy that I managed to satisfy both the audiences and Allu Aravind sir with my effort. In fact, he offered me a chance to direct Bunny if I can come up with a strong subject. I am currently busy etching a story keeping Bunny’s image in mind,’ concluded Parasuram.

Allu Sirish’s Youthful family entertaier Srirastu Subhamastu is running successfully in several screens across the Telugu states. The film have collected about 11crores gross so far. The film success meet has been held today and veteran director Dasari Narayana Rao along with star directors VV Vinayak, Sukumar and Nandini Reddy have attended the event as chief guests.

While speaking at the event, Dasari said, “Sirish has done wonderful job in the film. I liked Parasuram’s taking. He is indeed one of the best directors in the current generation. In fact, I introduced Sirish, Bunny (Allu Arjun) and Mahesh Babu as child artists to film industry.

Srirastu Subhamastu has really come out well. Growth in collections every day is proof of stamina in film’s content. It is good thing for industry that small time films like Kshanam, Pelli Choopulu and Srirastu Subhamastu performing well at box office. In fact, I am brand ambassador for small films like these.

Thankfully, Sirish didn’t pick a heroism based subject. He chose what kind of a subject he suits best for. Geetha Arts production had been started in my hands (First 2 films under the production- Banthrotu Bharya and Devude Digivaste were directed by Dasari). I am happy to see Sirish making his mark in the industry.”

VV Vinayak said, “Heroes of Sirish’s generation is curious for mass films and punch dialogues. But, Sirish is not like that. Only thing he concerns about is his character and story. I am happy that Sirish is doing lover boy kind of roles, family drama films and films with soft content. With this encouragement from him, filmmakers will dare to prepare such subjects.”

Sukumar said, “I need to compliment Sirish on one thing. He dominated Bunny in his third film. His voice and comedy timing are far better than Bunny. I’ve conveyed the same to Bunny also. As far as I know, Parasuram is the best writer in industry after Trivikram.”

Nandini Reddy said, “I know how hard work both Bunny and Sirish put in for their films. When we usually meet, only thing we discuss about is cinema. Srirastu Subhamastu has become a big hit because of Sirish’s hard work.”

Parasuram said, “I thank everyone for coming here and blessing our cinema. I’m truly blessed to have such sweet and encouraging words from Dasari gaaru. I’m overwhelmed with all your compliments.”

Sirish said, “I’m more happy for several star directors complimenting our film, rather than what the film is collecting at box office. Only thing I believe is directors can only provide hits to any actors. All the success credit should be given to my director. I thank Parasuram for that. Dasari gaaru speaking about our film is biggest achievement for us.”
