She recently joined the shoot of Rana Daggubati’s talk show ‘Number 1 Yaari season 2’ with her friend and co-star of ‘Swami Ra Ra’, ‘Karthikeya’ movies Nikhil Siddharth.

Young Tollywood hero Nikhil, during his recent interview, has opened up about his much-publicized affair with Telugu actress Swathi Reddy.

Nikhil revealed that he shares the only professional relationship with Swathi and nothing more than that. ‘As I did back to back films (Swamy Ra Ra and Karthikeya) with her, there have been many rumors about our affair. I don’t even have her phone number. I was surprised as to how these rumors come up in media’.

After going through a lull phase, Nikhil changed track and chose some good scripts to deliver back to back hits. Even though his last release, ‘Shankarabharanam’, was a disaster, at the moment, Nikhil is going great guns in his career. Popular Tollywood producer Bellamkonda Suresh’s son Bellamkonda Srinivas has recently agreed to do a film with ‘Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde’ director Vijay Kumar Konda.

The unit that was all set with the major cast and crew were in search for the heroine who could act opposite Srinivas. After few considerations and consultant’s Swathi Reddy has finally agreed to do this film.

Currently, Bellamkonda Srinivas is doing a film under the direction of Bhimaneni Srinivasa Rao. This film will be a remake of Tamil comedy drama ‘Sundarapandian.’ Once this film gets done, he will begin his next project with Vijay Kumar Konda.

After bagging back to back hits like ‘Karthikeya’ and recent ‘Tripura,’ Swathi is on positive talk among the Telugu audience. The director and hero thought that roping in Swathi could only a positive move rather than anything. With the story and her character being appealing, Swathi gave a green signal for this film.
