Senior producer BVSN Prasad, who was earlier indulged in a controversy with Pawan Kalyan complaining about him at Film Chamber, has now opened up on what exactly happened.

Prasad, the producer of Pawan’s Attarintiki Daredi, said, ‘it was true that I owed some money to Pawan Kalyan but I didn’t understand why he dragged the issue to Film Chamber. I don’t think that he troubled me but I feel very unfortunate to have got into such situation,’ he said.

It may be recalled that just a day ahead of the release of Prasad’ production venture ‘Nannaku Prematho’, Pawan lodged a complaint with the Film Chamber demanding his pending payment from the producer.

Confessing that he had to face a harrowing situation because of the complaint only one day ahead of Nannaku Prematho release, Prasad added that he also feels grateful for the support of Pawan during AD piracy.

It is not a big secret that all is not well between Pawan Kalyan and producer BVSN Prasad.

Just before the release of BVSN Prasad’s production venture ‘Nannaku Prematho’, Pawan lodged an official complaint in Film Chamber alleging the producer hadn’t settled his remuneration for ‘Attharintiki Daredi’. Trivikram also joined by Pawan’s side later.

Although AD became the industry hit, BVSN used all the money to settle his previous losses and didn’t care to pay back the money returned by both Pawan and Trivikram when the piracy fiasco of the film had happened days before the film’s release. Now, even though ‘Nannaku Prematho’ didn’t bring much profit to him, he gave a luxurious car as a gift to film’s director Sukumar. The talk in Film Nagar is that it was an act of BVSN to counter Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram.

Successful producer BVSN Prasad has gifted a luxury car to director Sukumar as their latest offering Nannaku Prematho becomes successful at the box office. A source close to the unit said that the BVSN Prasad has been contemplating to gift Sukumar ever since the film turned out to be a success and finally purchased BMW X3 and finally gifted Sukumar recently.

Producers gifting a car to the directors has become the recent trend in the industry. Soon after the success of Bhale Bhale Magadivoy producers Bunny Vas, and Vamsi, have gifted expensive Jaguar car to director Maruthi. Producer Bandla Ganesh had gifted 44-lakh worth diamond lighter to director Puri Jagannadh in the past before the duo worked for Iddarammayilatho.

Meanwhile, star heroes also presented cars to the directors. Superstar Mahesh Babu has gifted Audi A6 to director Koratala Siva for delivering a blockbuster Srimanthudu. Jr NTR recently said to have gifted a 20-Lakh watch to director Koratala Siva before the shooting of Janatha Garage kicked off.

Very recently, the producer Dil Raju has made it clear that he is no more interested in producing Varun Tej’s film in the direction of Venky Atluri. Instead of that, he has brought forward Sekhar Kammula’s film with Varun Tej. With this the young director Venky Atluri has fallen into confusion to search for a new producer and going by the latest buzz, it is revealed that this exciting project will be taken over by the star producer BVSN Prasad.

BVSN Prasad believed the script had great potential and accepted to bankroll it. The producer is happy to be associated with a young team. The makers are currently in giving final touches to the script. The film might take off next year after Varun completing any of Sreenu Vaitla’s or Sekhar Kammula’s projects.

Sudden Star Allari Naresh, who is busy with the shoot of his next film Selfie Raja, has been doing great things in his career now. He learned lot of mistakes from the failure of Mama Manchu Alludu Kanchu and started doing films in his comfort zone. In the process, he accepted a movie in the direction of G Nageshwara Reddy. The film is being produced by leading producer BVSN Prasad. Going by the buzz, a funny and exciting title has been registered for this movie at Film Chamber.

“Maa Intlo Undi Deyyam Nakenduku Bhayam” is the title that was registered by SVCC production house. Going by the title, it is learnt that the film will be high on fun side. Heroine and other details are yet to be known. The project will be officially announced soon. More details are expected to be out soon.

Movie Artists Association (MAA) president Rajendra Prasad has confirmed that the issue between power star Pawan Kalyan and his ‘Attarintiki Daredi’ producer BVSN Prasad has been resolved amicably.

Only a day before the release of NTR Jr NTR’s Nannaku Prematho, several reports emerged that Pawan complained to MAA about his pending payment from Prasad, also the producer of Nannaku Prematho. Pawan reported that the producer not yet paid his amount and was not responding to his calls, after promising him to clear the due before the release of Nannaku Prematho.

Rajendra Prasad has today visited Tirupati and revealed that the issue was solved after MAA had forwarded Pawan’s complaint to the Producer’s Council. Senior members of producer’s council resolved the issue after discussing it with both Pawan and Prasad.

Rajendra Prasad visited Tirumala to thank God for the success of Nannaku Prematho.

Jr NTR’s Nannaku Prematho movie producer BVSN Prasad has got a shock from Power Star Pawan Kalyan . Pawan has lodged a complaint against him in Movie Artists Association (MAA) alleging that the producer of Attarintiki Daredi (BVSN Prasad) is yet to pay the remuneration dues, even two years after the release of the movie to become industry hit.

In fact, when BVSN Prasad was in crisis before Atharintiki Daaredi release due to piracy, Pawan returned a part of his remuneration and that amount, 2 Crores, is yet to clear by Prasad, who is said to have promised to Pawan clear the due after the business of Nannaku Prematho closes.

However, with just few hours left for Nannaku Prematho release, Prasad has yet to repay hence Pawan sought MAA’s help. Unless BVSN Prasad clears the dues, Nannaku Prematho will not be releasing tomorrow as per schedule.

Even though, “Atharintiki Daredhi” got released unofficially on the internet, Prasad minted profits at the box office with the flick.

In the last few months, several producers like Dill Raju lost huge amounts in film industry. There are several reasons like piracy, agitations in the state and many more. In spite of all these hurdles and in spite of facing the biggest problems, BVSN Prasad stood on the top of the list with the biggest blockbuster in Tollywood till date.
