Actor Allari Naresh who was off the success track from the past few years, finally got that much needed hit with Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi. Naresh was also lauded by everyone for the supporting character in the movie. Now, he is coming up with a new film as a solo hero, titled Bangaru Bullodu.

Directed by PV Giri, this movie’s title has been inspired by Balakrishna’s 1993 hit film. We now hear that the makers have not only taken the title of that old film but also remixed one of its super hit tracks, Swathilo Muthyamantha. This rain track was a huge hit during those times and the chemistry between Balakrishna and Raveena Tandon was outstanding.

Now, Naresh will be shaking his legs with his co-star Pooja Jahveri, for the rehashed version of the same song. Sai Karthik has composed the music for it. Bangaru Bullodu is being produced by Rambhramam Sunkara under AK Entertainments banner.

Story:

Much to the surprise, Sindhu elopes from home around the same time he also leaves home for Hyderabad. Everyone at village thinks that both him and Sindhu decided and planned this. What happens after that? Does both of them really leave the home together? reveals the story of the movie.

Performances:

Allari Naresh has played his part well in the makes. The role he played in the one-time is no different from a number of roles that he already played in the past. But, the way Naresh tried to present himself with this film is amazing and can be appreciated. Allari Naresh played the fun part and emotional part with balance and proved again that he is a good actor. The newcomer Vimala Nikhil is good with her role in the film and has delivered the right part of emotions in the movie. The film also stars Srinivas Avasarala in a key role and he also delivered a good performance in the movie and supported the lead actors well. The film also has Hyper Aadi, Satyam Rajesh, and others as the lead actor’s friends. They are good and brought some laughs. All the other actors also impressed with their presence.

Writing Department:

The writing is pale. There is no excitement in the flow of the scenes. The dialogues are okay and good in the situations but to the maximum extent, the makers tried to copy and paste the stuff from the remake. There is a scope for the writing to be good in the film but the screenplay has gone wrong completely leaving no excitement to the audiences.

Technical Team:

The music is scored by Shaan Rehman who originally scored Oru Vadakkan Selfie. Most of the music has been used from the original and the BGM also falls in the place which has been lifted from the original. it would have been nice if the music director has contributed some different music for this one other than what we have already witnessed in the original. Not all the songs are pleasant and hummable too. The editing by Nandamuri Hari is okay. Kunjunni S Kumar’s camera work is impressive and appreciable. The production values from the production house Jahnavi Creations are good.

Meda Meedha Abbayi is a film that has got the scope for opening up so well in the right parts but at many points, the film unit failed to turn it into an awesome entertaining product. There is a good story in the hand but the way the screenplay has written hardly brings any excitement to the audiences. The remake plot could have been changed to appear more convincingly. The director failed to take off the project in an entertaining manner as it is the only aspect that the audiences always look up for especially in Allari Naresh movies. The comedy timing of Naresh was also not utilized completely and it happens to be a backdrop for the film too. On a whole, Meda Meedha Abbayi is a watchable film for once if we have no other option for engaging yourself in for this weekend.
