Actress Tabu, who was rumored to have had a passionate relationship with married Nagarjuna Akkineni until a few years ago, has reportedly been specially called up for a special role in Akhil’s second film.

Reportedly, Nag has personally called so Tabu couldn’t say no. This project will be the second film co-starring Akhil and Tabu. Earlier, the duo was seen in ‘Sisindri’.

After the disastrous result of his highly anticipated debut film ‘Akhil’, the young Akkineni scion took a long gap to finalize his second project. Acclaimed filmmaker Vikram Kumar, who has earlier directed classic Akkineni family drama ‘Manam’, has been signed by Nag to provide a break for his son. The script work is finished and the pre-production is under progress.

This untitled project will be launched in January 2017. Newcomer Megha Akash is the frontrunner to play the female lead in this romantic entertainer.

Although many young heroes have entered into wedlock in the past few years, actor Nithin, who has made his debut with Jayam in 2003, is still proudly posing with bachelor tag.
