Young hero Akhil Akkineni is currently busy shooting for his new film Mr Majnu which is directed by Venky Atluri. BVSN Prasad is the producer of the movie and the film is being bankrolled under SVCC Pictures banner. Interestingly, the makers are betting high with the film’s business in many areas even though Akhil do not have a proper market.

Akhil’s first film Akhil and the second one Hello have failed big at the box office. Still the makers are hoping to sell the film for bigger prices. Apart from the prices in multiple areas, the producers wanted to sell the film for a TV channel with huge satellite price. In the process, they have began the negotiations too but we have come to know that no channel is ready to invest on the film considering the sky high rate that the producer is quoting.

Indirectly, the channel representatives clearly stated the producers that they are day dreaming as Akhil’s market is very less. We have to wait and see how this movie is going to turn out now.

Akkineni’s young lad Akhil is all set with his next outing ‘Mr Majnu’ under the direction of ‘Tholiprema’ fame Venky Atluri. The movie was supposed to get released in December but the makers postponed it to February.

The shooting of the movie is currently going on in Hyderabad. The makers are canning the airport scenes between the leads and the talkie part of the movie is much likely to get wrapped up by Wednesday. As per the latest reports, there will be 6 songs in the movie and the shooting of 3 songs is already completed. Except for the shooting of the other three songs and 2 fight sequences, everything is canned. After wrapping up the shooting, the movie unit will start the post-production works as well as the promotions.

Nidhi Agarwal who shared the screen space with Naga Chaitanya in ‘Savyasachi’ is romancing his brother Akhil in this movie. BVSN Prasad is bankrolling this project. Akhil is desperate to score a hit this time as both of his previous films ended up as flops.

Akhil Akkineni who is still in the search of a super hit is all set to come up with his third venture under the direction of ‘Tholi Prema’ fame Venky Atluri. Nidhi Agarwal who has played the female lead in Naga Chaitanya’s ‘Savyasachi’ is playing the lead in Akhil 3 as well.

SS Thaman is composing the music for this film. As per the latest reports, the music rights of the movie were bagged by the most reputed Sony Music. According to the grapevine, the music company and the makers of the movie locked the deal for a fancy amount. Akhil has pinned all his expectations on the on this film. Venky Atluri is also working hard to give the Akkineni young hero a superhit this time.

The makers are going to unveil the first look of the movie tomorrow at 4:00 PM. George Williams is handling the camera whereas BVSN Prasad is bankrolling this project.

The young hero is now trying his best to impress the audiences with the third one that is yet to be titled. Venky Atluri who made his directional debut with the film Toli Prema is the director of the movie. The film’s shoot is fast nearing completion. The makers are yet to announce the title of the movie but the rumored title of the film is Mr. Majnu.

The film unit began the promotions of the film and initiated the countdown for the first look launch. Akhil himself announced the same by revealing that the first look of the movie will be out on 19th of this month.

Akkineni Akhil’s 3rd movie was launched recently with an official pooja ceremony and now the team started music sittings for the film. SS Thaman is composing the music and this film is being directed by Atluri Venky, who directed Tholiprema. Venky and Thaman also worked for Tholiprema.

The film is said to be an interesting love story and BVSN Prasad is producing it. Akhil acted Akhil and Hello movies so far and this is his third film.

Akhil is expecting a big break with his third movie in Tollywood.

Akhil Akkineni’s third film was announced formally on Ugadi. To be directed by Venky Atluri, it’s all set to be produced by BVSN Prasad of Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra LLP.

The film was launched in the presence of Nagarjuna and Dulquer Salman at Annapurna Studios. Members of the Akkineni family attended the launch ceremony to bless him.

To be shot from May, it’s known that the film will have music by Thaman and the cinematography by George C Williams. Director Venky Atluri has retained these two key technicians from his debut film ‘Tholi Prema’. Satish Chandra is co-writing this untitled movie.
