Akkineni’s young lad Akhil is all set with his next outing ‘Mr Majnu’ under the direction of ‘Tholiprema’ fame Venky Atluri. The movie was supposed to get released in December but the makers postponed it to February.
The shooting of the movie is currently going on in Hyderabad. The makers are canning the airport scenes between the leads and the talkie part of the movie is much likely to get wrapped up by Wednesday. As per the latest reports, there will be 6 songs in the movie and the shooting of 3 songs is already completed. Except for the shooting of the other three songs and 2 fight sequences, everything is canned. After wrapping up the shooting, the movie unit will start the post-production works as well as the promotions.
Nidhi Agarwal who shared the screen space with Naga Chaitanya in ‘Savyasachi’ is romancing his brother Akhil in this movie. BVSN Prasad is bankrolling this project. Akhil is desperate to score a hit this time as both of his previous films ended up as flops.
