Top director VV Vinayak has recently sold off his house in Film Nagar area. Soon, rumors started making rounds that he sold his swanky house to repay a part of his remuneration after the disaster of ‘Akhil’.

But, sources close to director clarified that the real reason behind Vinayak selling his property is the poor vastu. Vinayak lost his mother after landing in that new house. The results of his directorial films Alludu Seenu and Akhil were colossal flops. All these developments led Vinayak to sell the house but not because he has to pay a part of his remuneration.

Moreover, Vinayak has several properties in his village and Hyderabad, so if he really has to pay to someone, he can do it by selling any of those properties.

Vinayak has decided to start fresh before taking up the chance of directing Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film.

Director Vinayak is going to compensate the Akhil Losses to distributors. V.V.Vinayak is a much-expected director in Tollywood. Many of his films brought fortunes to producers and distributors. It is a known fact that few distributors who only buy Vinayak’s films still prevail. Such countable director is Vinayak.

Though this word didn’t prove right for ‘Akhil.’ Vinayak, who was assigned by Nagarjuna to launch his son Akhil for his debut film, took up the responsibility as a challenging one. Post release, ‘Akhil’ didn’t gain enough revenue, thereby leaving the buyers in huge losses.

With the film buyers suffering huge losses, Vinayak decided to compensate them. Vinayak somehow planned to compensate the buyers, how isn’t yet known. Maybe he could sell away his next film to the same buyers of ‘Akhil’ at a low price.

Not only that, producer Nithin, who believed in ‘Akhil’ and made the film with no compromise, too bared huge losses. With a complete confidence over ‘Akhil,’ Nithin didn’t sell few areas to distributors and released on his self. After the flop, now he too is in losses.

By so Vinayak is reported of not taking the balance remuneration of his that he should get from the producer. That’s how Vinayak has equalled the loss bearers.

Distributors who spent hefty money over ‘Akhil’ are now all left in huge losses. The trouncing of Akhil made many distributors in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and overseas in complete losses. To say in single word ‘Washout’ is the current situation of buyers all across.

They who bought the film relying upon Nagarjuna’s stardom, hyper over Akhil and Nithin productions house are now turning towards Nithin asking to compensate their losses.

Nithin and his father Sudhakar Reddy spent a bomb on the making of ‘Akhil.’ It is said to be that almost 40-45 CR was spent over the film without having a compromising leg. Now, with the negative result that the film left, it would take years for Nithin and Sudhakar Reddy to recover.

Knowing about the distributor’s pressure over Nithin and his family, called upon them and spoke regarding this issue. After listening to their suffering, Nagarjuna assured them that he will compensate them within a short period.

Nagarjuna further ordered them not to disturb them anymore, and if they want to speak something, it is with him to be speaking than Nithin or his family.

This gesture of Nagarjuna towards Nithin shall be lauded as part of saving the producer who helped in the launching of his son.
