Tamil Star hero Thala Ajith’s 57th film is getting ready to start its regular shooting schedule. This flick is temporarily referred as ‘AK 57’ . It has been launched last week with a formal pooja. It was being said that the regular shooting will start in the 1st week of September, and the film team will soon go to Bulgaria where they are going to shoot some major scenes.

As for the latest updates, Kajal Aggarwal has been confirmed as the female lead in this 57th flick of Ajith. “AK 57” is the third film in Thala Ajith and director Siva’s combination, where the previous two films “Veeram” and “Vedalam” are super hits. This upcoming venture is being produced on a large scale by Sathya Jyothi Films banner, and Ajith will be seen as a detective this time. It was earlier known that after this project, Ajith’s 58th film is going to be produced by Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan.

It will be a mother of all multi-starers if 2 of the biggest stars of Telugu and Tamil cinema join hands to act in a film.

We are talking about power star Pawan Kalyan and Ajith Kumar, who command herculean fan following in Telugu and Tamil respectively. Recently, when Pawan attended UKTA celebrations in London, an enthusiastic fan expressed his wish of watching Pawan and Ajith together in a film.

Pawan immediately said that he has no objection to act with Ajith if he comes across a potential script. It would be a gigantic task to prepare a script which could satisfy both the stars, so materialization of this combo is almost impossible. However, the sheer news about the possibility of the combo gives a huge kick to the fans of both the stars.

While Pawan is gearing up for a film with Dolly, Ajith is gearing up to work with Siva for the third time.

It is already a known fact that Thala 57 or AK57 ​was launched ​a couple of days ago. Directed by Siva, this flick is being produced by Sathya Jyothi Films.

If the latest reports are to be believed, the makers have roped in Kajal Aggarwal as Thala’s love interest in the film. If everything goes as planned, this will be the first time that Kajal will be seen as Ajith’s pair in a film. ​However, an official confirmation about the same is yet to be received by makers.

​Touted to be an international spy thriller that will be predominantly shot in abroad locations the music will be composed by Anirudh and Vetri will be in charge of the camera. Meanwhile, Kajal is currently busy shooting for Kavalai Vendam, which also stars Jiiva in lead role.

As per the latest buzz in tinsel town, Ajith will next team up with the producer of ‘Billa 2’.With successive hits, Ajith’s stardom rising in Kollywood and after the latest success of ‘Vedalam’, everyone is eagerly waiting to known about his next project.

After doing three successive movies like ‘Aarrambham’, ‘Yennai Arindhaal’ and ‘Vedalam’ for AM Ratnam, Ajith is heard to be planning to give another chance to Suresh Balaji, the producer of his ‘Billa 2’. As Suresh lost money due to the flop of ‘Billa 2’, Ajith decided to give him another chance.

Neither Ajith nor Suresh Balaji has confirmed this news though. Ajith is expected to start his next film only in the second half of 2016, due to his surgery.

We had already reported that Tamil star hero Thala Ajith was injured during the shooting of his latest blockbuster ‘Vedalam’ and he has been walking with the help of a walking stick.

The other day, surgery was performed on his right knee by specialist doctors at a private hospital in Chennai. After six hours of surgery, doctors assured that Ajith is well, and he will be discharged soon.

However, doctors advised Ajith to take rest for at least six months. Hence, Ajith will soon leave to the USA to rest and undergo physiotherapy. The actor will start his next film in the second half of 2016.

Meanwhile, Vedalam is storming Kollywood box office. Lakshmi Menon and Shruti Hassan played the female lead roles in the movie. Lakshmi Menon plays the sister role to Ajith.

Tamil Super Star “Thala” Ajith will undergo a leg surgery under the supervision of experienced doctors in Chennai next week.

Ajith Kumar met with an injury to his right leg in the shooting of his previous film “Aarambham” that got released in 2013. Later on, he was suggested by using a hand stick so that pressure cannot fall on his leg. As suggested, Ajith started using the hand stick.

In the recent time too his right leg once again got injured in the shooting of “Vedalam.” This time, the pain for Ajith got more severe and was rushed to the hospital.

As the injury got more worsened this time, doctors suggested Ajith to undergo an operation. Though, Ajith didn’t agree at that time because of Vedalam coming to its final stage of shooting.

With Vedalam filming finished and completing its censor formalities, Ajith has now agreed to under the surgery that the doctors suggested to him. As per the Kollywood reports, Thala Ajith will under his right leg surgery next week in a private in Chennai.

Vedalm that completed its censor formality gained a clean U certificate and will be releasing on 5th of November.

Tamil Star Hero “Thala” Ajith 56th film is titled as Vedhalam. Its first look was released by its makers yesterday. “Vedhlam” is said to be releasing in November during Diwali.

Talking about Ajith’s look in Vedhalam, he completely looks in a Super Macho avatar. No get up or makeup seems to be used in this film too as previous films in which he was seen were also without makeup.

He looks with small chopped hair. His eyes are fierce in the poster. He is also seen wearing a silver color earring to his left ear and is wearing a chain around his neck. The film will be an action entertainer as sources say that the character in “Vedlam” is an inspiration from one of Ajith’s film called RED.

The title Vedalam means someone unique and invincible. The film also stars Shruti Hassan, Lakshmi Menon, Kabir Duhan Singh and Rahul Dev in important roles and Music is given by Anirudh Ravichander.
