Akshara Haasan, the younger daughter of Kamal Haasan and sister to Shruti Hassan has been reportedly roped for a crucial role in Thala Ajith’s 57th flick. She made her acting debut in Bollywood film “Shamitabh” starring Dhanush and Amitabh Bachchan in lead roles. The film was unfortunately failed at the box office and since then she didn’t sign any film. Currently, she is working as an assistant director to her father in his upcoming multilingual action comedy film “Sabash Naidu.”

As for the latest update, Akshara Haasan has been approached to act alongside Ajith Kumar in his forthcoming movie, now known as “Thala 57”, which is said to be a spy thriller. Directed by Siruthai Siva, this film also features sizzling actress Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead and Akshara Haasan plays an important role. Now, Akshara Haasan has got second chance to prove her acting skills.

Tamil Star hero Thala Ajith’s 57th film is getting ready to start its regular shooting schedule. This flick is temporarily referred as ‘AK 57’ . It has been launched last week with a formal pooja. It was being said that the regular shooting will start in the 1st week of September, and the film team will soon go to Bulgaria where they are going to shoot some major scenes.

As for the latest updates, Kajal Aggarwal has been confirmed as the female lead in this 57th flick of Ajith. “AK 57” is the third film in Thala Ajith and director Siva’s combination, where the previous two films “Veeram” and “Vedalam” are super hits. This upcoming venture is being produced on a large scale by Sathya Jyothi Films banner, and Ajith will be seen as a detective this time. It was earlier known that after this project, Ajith’s 58th film is going to be produced by Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan.

Thala Ajith is currently on a sabbatical after his leg surgery. Discussions have now started about his new film.

Ajith’s last film ‘Vedhalam’ was a resounding hit. The movie was directed by Siva, who had earlier directed the star in super hit ‘Veeram’. Despite the name of director Vishnu Vardhan and few others were heard, reliable sources revealed that Siva’s film will go on floors first as Ajith 57. The script work is already completed, and major technicians are also roped in.

The formal announcement of this project will be on May 1st, on the eve of Ajith’s coming birthday. Anirudh Ravichander will compose music and Vetri is given the responsibility of cinematography.Regular shooting will start from June with T Thayagarajan producing the film on a high budget.

After the success of Veeram and Vedhalam, director Siva got lucky again to direct Thala Ajith.
