Allu Sirish is coming back on to the silver screen after a gap of more than a year, with the film ABCD (American Born Confused Desi). Touted to be a complete comedy entertainer, this movie is an official remake of Dulquer Salmaan’s 2014 Malayalam film of the same name.

ABCD has completed its censor formalities today and was given a clean U certificate. We also hear that the movie has got a positive response from the censor screening. Now, as it got done with all the formalities, it is gearing up for a worldwide release on the 17th of this month.

The film features Krishnarjuna Yudham fame Rukshar Dhillon as the heroine. Master Bharat and Vennela Kishore will be seen in other key roles. It is directed by Sanjeev Reddy and produced jointly by Madhura Sreedhar Reddy and Yash Rangineni.

Touted to be a romantic comedy, this film chronicles the life of an NRI who finds it tough to adapt to the Indian lifestyle.

The film was supposed to release on March 1st but it got delayed to the incompletion of post-production works. Now, all the works are done and the makers have officially announced that it will hit the screens on May 17. Thus, they have enough time to promote the film as well.

Krishnarjuna Yuddham fame Rushkar Dhillon is playing the female lead in this film. It is being directed by Sanjeev Reddy. Madhura Sreedhar Reddy and Yash Rangineni are bankrolling this project together. Judah Sandy has composed the music.

The first look of Allu Sirish’s ABCD released recently and got good accolades from the audience and trade. The Hindi satellite and digital rights of the ABCD have already been sold for a fancy price. The film also recently got senior producer D. Suresh Babu on board as a presenter. Their company Suresh Productions would release the film theatrically through out India.

Mega Brother Nagababu plays Sirish’s father in the film. Former child artist Bharath Kumar plays an important role. Rukshar Dhillon is the main female lead in this entertainer.

Sanjeev Reddy debuting with this movie and Madhura Sreedhar Reddy bankrolls this awaited project under the Madhura Entertainments, in association with BigBen Cinemas. The team proudly announces that the film is all set to release worldwide on the 1st March 2019.

Allu Sirish, the young mega hero is currently busy shooting for a new film titled American Born Confused Desi (ABCD). The film is the official remake of Malayalam hit film ABCD. The makers of the Telugu version used the same title for the Telugu version now. The film unit launched the title logo of the film yesterday and announced the film’s release date.

Taking to his Twitter profile, Allu Sirish tweeted that the movie will gear up for a grand release on 8th February next year. The regular shoot is currently happening in Hyderabad. Ruksar Mir is the heroine while the child artist turned comedian Bharat Reedy will be seen playing a key role in the film.

Sanjeev Reddy is the director of the film. Yash Rangineni and Madhura Sridhar are the producers.
