Though Rana Daggubati hails from Hyderabad, the actor preferred to act in multi-language film at the beginning of his career itself. At the start of his career, he acted in films like Dum Maaro Dum and Department. The pan Indian success of Baahubali brought him more fame.
Later, Rana was offered to do an important role in Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film, Housefull 4. Now, he has signed yet another multistarrer which will have Ajay Devgn as the main lead. Titled as Bhuj: The pride of India, this film chronicles the true events of 1971 Indo Pak war.
Apart from Rana and Ajay, the film also includes major stars like Sonakshi Sinha, Parineeti Chopra, Sanjay Dutt, and Punjabi singer Ammy Virk. Abhishek Dudhaiya will be helming the film while T series will produce it jointly with Select Media Holding LLP.
