Pooja Hegde who played traditional-girl kind of roles in the starting of her career took a different path in DJ (Duvvada Jagannadham) which became a turning point for her. The bikini act, Pooja did in the film grabbed her some crazy projects. But the unexpected failure in her way might seem like things will change. She recently starred in Bellamkonda Srinivas’s Saakshyam movie which turned out to be a disaster at the box office.
In fact, when she listened to the script, Pooja hasn’t shown much interest in the film and was thinking to reject it. But the makers of film pressurized her saying that they will pay huge remuneration and as it is a different concept it will definitely connect well with the audience. However, after the movie released and became a flop, everyone is commenting that Pooja Hegde’s acting was not up to the mark and is one of the reasons behind the flop of the film which made Pooja disappointed with the team members.
