This year has been a rather disappointing one for big-eyed beauty Kajal as her film Sita became a disaster at the box office. Meanwhile, she is now pinning all her hopes on the upcoming film, Ranarangam. Starring Sharwanad as the lead, this film was initially slated for a release on 2nd August.
But the makers have shifted the release to 15th August now. The postponement of Saaho and the advantage of Independence day weekend lured the makers to shift the release date. Interestingly, Kajal’s recent Tamil film Comali might also get released on the very same day.
If it happens, it will be a double bonanza for Kajal fans in Tamil and Telugu. Earlier, many actresses had this double release on the same day but it will be the first time in Kajal’s career. If both the films perform well at the box office, there is no doubt that the actress will bounce back to her glory.
