The failure of NTR: Kathanayakudu has pushed both Balakrishna and director Krish into serious retrospection and now, they are taking their own sweet time to release the sequel, Mahanayakudu. Both of them are sitting on the edit table daily to make sure that the film is crisp and to the point, unlike the first part.
On the other side, we hear that the first copy of Mahanayakudu will be shown to Chandrababu Naidu soon. As his character will play a major role in the film, Balayya wants to show it to him before the release. Rana Daggubati played the role of Chandrababu Naidu in the film.
Meanwhile, according to the reports, the makers are now planning to release the film on March 1st on the occasion of Mahasivaratri. The film features Vidya Balan as the female lead and Kalyan Ram, Rana, and Sumanth in other key roles.
