There will be two criminal gangs who are in a search of an animal that suits for their needs for animal racing. One day, they find Bunty (piglet) and decides to abduct him. Around the same time, another two big mafia gangs are also searching for Bunty. Did the mafia gangs collide with each other while searching for Bunty? Did anyone of them succeed in catching Bunty? What happens in the end? Forms the rest of the story.

Performances:

The piglet is definitely the show stealer of this film. The cute piglet can be seen in almost every scene which is a delight to watch. Abhishek Varma performed well. He gave his best to his role. It would be better if he tries to improve his dialogue delivery. Nabha Natesh looked beautiful in the movie. This was supposed to be her debut movie. Though it is her first film, the actress delivered a flawless performance and impressed the audience. Poorna has now become the mascot of Ravi Babu and has been appearing in most of his films. She looked gorgeous in the song. Ravi Babu also made a special appearance in the film and it is one of the important scenes. The rest of the cast also made their presence felt.

Writing Department:

Penning a script with the piglet as the main lead is not a great thing but executing the script effectively is definitely not a cakewalk. Director Ravi Babu worked very hard and handled the script well. Though it has a few shortcomings, the story of the piglet worked big time in engaging the audience. The screenplay by Satyanand is good.

Technical Aspects:

The visual effects have played a crucial role. The team did a spectacular job. The production values are luxurious. Music by Prashant Vihari is amazing. More than the songs, the background music will grab the attention for sure. N Sudhakar Reddy handled the camera well. His camera angles are good. The editing is just average. Overall, the technical team did a great job.

Verdict:

Billed to be a comedy entertainer, ‘Adhugo’ failed to make the audience laugh. For the sake of comedy, they added some disgusting acts which are not really funny. The movie barely had any animation. Only 15 minutes if the animation is present in the film and the rest of the plot is just built on it. But, the quality of animation is the only bright side of this film. The first half is just pointless. The scenes felt disorganized. The second half is boring as the first half. Some of the scenes will definitely test our patience levels. The movie is just a one-time watch owing to the Telugu film standards animation.
