With her wink act, Priya Prakash Varrier has become a nationwide sensation overnight. Makers of her latest film Lovers Day used her popularity to promote their film extensively. But none of the promotions helped them to make the film a hit at the box office and became a disaster.
Now, a new controversy has popped up regarding the film. Noorin Shereef, who acted as second lead actress in the film, stated in an interview that she was roped in as the main lead in the beginning but after Priya gained popularity, makers changed the entire script and made her the lead actress.
Noorin also stated that she would think twice if she gets another chance to act with Priya and would like to stay away from her if possible. The actress revealed that she would like to act with Roshan in the future though. Interestingly, Noorin got good reviews for her performance than Priya in the film.
