Vijay Kumar, known professionally as Duniya Vijay, is an Indian actor who appears in Kannada films. He made it big with the success of the movie Duniya and now his wife has come up with an official complaint on him.
His first wife Naga Ratna approached Women’s commission with a complaint that he got married to another lady without giving divorce to her. She claimed that he can not do that when his first wife is alive. She is now demanding money from Vijay along with a house.
She has filed a private case against him now. When Vijay attacked his gym trainer, he was sent to jail and around that time, the disputes grew between both his wives. Now, his first wife has filed a case on him under IPC section 494. If the case is proved in the court, he will have to face an imprisonment of 7 years.
