Vijay Kumar, known professionally as Duniya Vijay, is an Indian actor who appears in Kannada films. He made it big with the success of the movie Duniya and now his wife has come up with an official complaint on him.

His first wife Naga Ratna approached Women’s commission with a complaint that he got married to another lady without giving divorce to her. She claimed that he can not do that when his first wife is alive. She is now demanding money from Vijay along with a house.

She has filed a private case against him now. When Vijay attacked his gym trainer, he was sent to jail and around that time, the disputes grew between both his wives. Now, his first wife has filed a case on him under IPC section 494. If the case is proved in the court, he will have to face an imprisonment of 7 years.

Kannada hero Duniya Vijay again made it into the news because of his family issues. A high drama took place on Sunday near the house of his first wife Nagarathna. On September 23rd, Vijay’s wife Keerthi Gowda released the video of Nagarathna attacking them.

The Girinagara police got alert and filed a case on Nagaratna and Monika. The investigation is currently going on. But Nagarathna and Monika didn’t open their doors for the police. From the window, Monika stated that her mother is not in the house. The police waited for Nagarathna till afternoon and left. Meanwhile, Nagarathna’s lawyer went directly to the station on Sunday and stated that Nagarathna hasn’t attacked them with any weapons and asked the police to give station bail for her. The police arrested Monika. Both with Duniya Vijay and his second wife Keerthi Gowda went to the police station and Vijay cried to see his daughter in the police station. Vijay’s lawyer Sivakumar stated that it is not right to punish the daughter for her mother’s deeds and Nagarathna is not even caring about the career of her kids.

Duniya Vijay also stated that his wife is using her kids to cover up her mistakes and said that she should at least realise now and come out in front of the police. Duniya Vijay is extremely worried about his daughter and stated that it is not right for his 18-year-old daughter to stay in the police station environment.

After getting involved into a series of controversies, Duniya Vijay has shocked the audience by getting arrested in a kidnap and assault case on Saturday night. He is accused of kidnapping gym trainer Maruthi Gowda, the nephew of gym trainer Pani Puri Kitti.

Kitti soon learnt about the abduction of Maruthi from Vasanth Nagar’s Dr Ambedkar Bhavan and rushed to the High Grounds police station and filed a complaint at 11:30 PM on Saturday. The police entered the scene and warned Vijay to release Gowda unharmed. But the victim Maruthi Gowda is reportedly found injured due to the assaults by Duniya Vijay and his associates. Maruthi was beaten badly who is now unable to speak much and is undergoing treatment in Vikram Hospital. The High Grounds police have registered the case on Duniya Vijay.

Now, Duniya Vijay’s wives are creating a scene on the roads. They allegedly started accusing each other. Currently, Duniya Vijay is with his second wife Keerthi Gowda. When the fight with Maruthi Gowda took place, first wife’s son Samrat was with him. As he hasn’t come home yet, she went to Keerthi Gowda’s house and confronted her son. Naga Ratna started abusing Keerthi claiming that she snatched her husband and is now trying to steal the kids too.

Keerthi Gowda filed a complaint against Naga Ratna now. When Duniya Vijay himself is doing rounds around the court, his wives have created a new ruckus for him.

Kannada hero Duniya Vijay, who was the male lead of ‘Masthigudi’ film which hit headlines recently after two actors lost their lives while performing a stunt, has now embroiled himself in yet another controversy.

A woman belonging to Bangalore has filed a complaint against the actor and Masthigudi producer’s brother Shankar for allegedly assaulting her husband, Jayaram. Shankar is the son-in-law of Jayaram. The woman accused that ever since their daughter was married to Shankar, he has been harassing them for extra dowry.

‘Shankar has stopped my daughter coming to our house and even reprimanded her from meeting us. The other day, when I and my husband went to meet her, Shankar verbally abused my husband. He called actor Vijay and the duo assaulted my husband,’ she claimed.

Police have taken Vijay into custody and later released him on bail after thorough questioning. Meanwhile, Jayaram is reportedly getting treated in hospital.
