Bollywood actress Vidya Balan, who has been struggling to score a hit post her marriage, seems to have set a record as she has been signed on by a producer by shelling out Rs 18 Crore to star in the biopic of Indira Gandhi. The official announcement will be made soon as the groundwork for this project has already begun.
Vidya’s latest release ‘Hamari Adhuri Kahaani’ also starring Emraan Hashmi was also a failure. Despite all these failures, she still is basking in the glory of ‘The Dirty Picture’ and ‘Kahaani’ it seems. Although her movies are not performing at box office, she still is a powerful performer and can pull audience to theatre with her natural acting ability.
