It is known that Surender Reddy is slated to direct Ram Charan in the Telugu remake of Tamil blockbuster ‘Thani Oruvan’. This remake was supposed to go on floors in January next year but it is pushed back by a month as Surender Reddy went to US on a personal errand.
Although Charan is not happy about this unwanted delay, he can’t do anything about it as Surender Reddy is a top director. He is yet to give the final narration to Charan. As Charan’s last two films ‘Govindudu Andari Vadele’ and ‘Bruce Lee’ didn’t bring him success, this movie is important for him.
Shruti Haasan and Arvind Swamy are heard to have been roped in to play heroine and villain, but there is no official confirmation.
As per the reports, the movie will hit the floors on February 10, 2016.
