It is already known that actors Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi have collaborated for the first time for the film  Virata Parvam. Directed by Venu Udugula of Needi Naadi Oke Katha fame, this film was launched about a month ago and has already done with a couple of schedules.

According to the latest buzz, Sai Pallavi will be seen as a girl from Warangal city, in this movie. She will be seen as a folk singer and Rana will be seen as a Naxalite. The film is set in the Telangana of 1990s where the Naxalism was at its peak in the region. Earlier, Sai Pallavi was seen as a Nizamabad girl in her debut film Fidaa.

Rana is yet to join the shoot and we heard that he will take part in the work from October. Till then, the makers will shoot major portions featuring Sai Pallavi. Virata Parvam is being produced jointly by Suresh Babu and Sudhakar Cherukuri.

Senior actress Tabu has been in the news for her recent successful ventures like Andhadhun and De De Pyaar De. She is also making her comeback into Telugu cinema after a long gap, with the upcoming Allu Arjun-Trivikram’s film. She will be seen as Bunny’s mother in the movie.

Meanwhile, Tabu has also been approached to play a key role in Rana Daggubati’s upcoming film, Virata Parvam. But apparently, she charged Rs. 60 lakhs as remuneration. Many heroines in Telugu film industry don’t get such remuneration and Tabu just shocked the makers with such a high quote. 

The talks are still going on and the makers are yet to take a call. Virata Parvam is a Naxalism based film which is set in the year 1992. It is being directed by Venu Udugula of Needi Naadi Oke Katha fame. Sai Pallavi is the leading lady of this movie.

Versatile actor Rana Daggubati is now prepping up for another interesting film called Virata Parvam 1992. This movie will be directed by Venu Udugula who earlier made Needi Nadi Oke Katha. Suresh Babu will be bankrolling this movie and Sai Pallavi will be seen as the female lead.

From past few days, it is also being reported that actresses Tabu and Priyamani will essay key roles in the movie. Veteran Bollywood actress Zarina Wahab is also making her comeback in Tollywood with this movie. Now, we hear that the makers have approached Nana Patekar as well.

It seems that Nana was offered to play a negative role in the movie. It is still unclear whether he has signed the film or not. If he does, it will be his first film in Tollywood. The shoot of this film will go on floors in June.

Sharwanand and Sai Pallavi have teamed up for the first time for a romantic entertainer titled Padi Padi Leche Manasu. The film is directed by Hanu Raghavapudi and the makers are going to kick start post-production activities soon. The buzz is that both the actor and actress will reunite for the second time for another interesting movie in the direction of Venu Udugula who made a successful debut with the film Needhi Naadhi Oke Katha.

The film in the discussion is said to be based on particular incidents that happened in the year 1992. The makers are planning to lock Virata Parvam 1992 as the title for the movie. The film will be produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri who is making Padi Padi Leche Manasu.

Venu Udugula was supposed to work with Karthi in his second film but he decided to start that project after completing the current one.
