Vijay 60th Film in Telugu Production Company

Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s much expected 60th film is making the news all the way. Vijay 60th film will be directed by Bharathan will be produced by Telugu Film Production Company Vijaya Productions that produced super hits like Missamma, Mayabazar, Gundamma Katha and many such other.

Vijaya Productions has golden hits in Tamil like Gunasundhari, Enga Veettu Pillai and did films with legends like MGR and Gemini Ganesan. Its last production film in Tamil was Ajith’s ‘Veeram’ that was released in 2014. Now, once again coming forward to do a film with Vijay in Tamil, the production house proved that it is one of the best in the business.

Currently, Vijay is shooting for his 59th film ‘Theri’ that is directed by Atlee. The first look of this action thriller was released yesterday. Vijay is seen in three different shades in this film. Few other titles like Khaki, Vetri and Thuppakki 2 were also considered, but the makers finally settled for ‘Theri.’

Once Theri gets completed, Vijay 60th film will hit the floors. Kajal Agarwal is likely to pair opposite Vijay in this film. By the end of 2016 or at the beginning of 2017, Vijay 60th will blow the theatres.

Director Confirmed for Vijay 60th movie!

Ilayathalapathy Vijay is currently shooting for his 59th film. Atlle directs this film. Samantha and Amy Jackson are the heroines in this film. Even before this film’s title is announced, Vijay’s next (#Vijay60) has been confirmed. Take a guess who could be the director for this one, well we have the news. Director Bharathan has been finalised to this crazy project.

Bharathan in the past has done some impressive work in films. He earlier once directed Vijay for his first ever double role ‘Azhagiya Tamil Magan’ that released in 2007. Along with this, he also was the dialogue writer for Vijay’s super hit ‘Ghilli.’ It looks like Ilayathalapathy was really satisfied with the story that was narrated to him.

Earlier anyone from Mohan Raja, Karthik Subba raj, S.J.Suriya and Hari Vijay were rumoured of directing this 60th film, but it was a surprise that Bharathan bagged the offer.

This film now will do its opening rituals this week, and the makers are planning to launch this film officially from April 2016.
