Ilayathalapathy Vijay is once again singing a song for his upcoming flick “Vijay 60” under the direction of Bharathan. This is not the first time for actor Vijay to sing a song. He had already rocked with his voice in several tracks like “Google Google” in ‘Thuppaki’, “Selfie Pulla” in ‘Kaththi’ etc., in the past.

As for the sources, hero Vijay has been approached to sing one of the songs in his upcoming film “Vijay 60” by music director Santhosh Narayanan and Vijay has given green signal to it. To be produced by B.Bharathi, the film stars Vijay and Keerthy Suresh in the lead while Sathish and Jagapathi Babu play supporting and antagonist roles respectively. Recently, the film team has completed its schedule in Hyderabad and now for the next schedule they went to Chennai.

Soon after the release of Theri, the actor Vijay got busy in his upcoming films. The shooting of Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s forthcoming movie is going at a brisk pace. The film is yet to be titled and the fans, media and movie lovers are calling it as ‘Vijay 60’ The film shoot is currently happening in and around the Chennai city. The latest sources from Tamil Nadu informs us that the film is in its third schedule now.

Tipped to be a commercial action entertainer, the film is being directed by Bharathan. Imman is the music director. Keerthy Suresh is playing the female lead in the film. The makers are planning to release the film for Pongal 2017. The romance between Vijay and Keerthy Suresh is expected to be a major highlight of the film.

Malayalam actress Keerthy Suresh has said to have fallen in love for the second time with a college guy.

Keerthy first played a college student in Siva Karthikeyan starrer Tamil comedy ‘Rajini Murugan’. Now, she is once again playing a college student in Vijay’s untitled upcoming film. Director Bharatan is currently picturizing the romantic scenes between Vijay and Keerthy.

A special college set has been erected for this purpose in Chennai. Vijay is playing dual roles in this film. One of the characters will fall in love with Keerthy and has a special love track with her in college.

It may be noted that Keerthy made her film debut while she was still studying in college. She said that she feels nostalgic whenever she has to go to college for films.

A new schedule of the film has today begun at Ramoji Rao Film City in Hyderabad. This schedule in Hyderabad will last for a month in which Jagabathi Babu is also taking part. Vijay is rumored to be playing dual roles in the film to be composed by Santhosh Narayanan of “Kabali” fame.

The film’s launch event was attended by Vijay and lead heroine Keerthy Suresh. Bharathan is directing this film while Vijaya Productions has taken the responsibility of production. After two days of shooting, the film’s shooting will resume in May and will continue without any break. Malayalam actress Keerthy Suresh is very much excited to sign the big film of her career.

After pairing with Mohanlal in ‘Jilla’, Vijay will unite with Mammootty in this action entertainer to be directed by Bharatan. However, an official announcement is awaited in this regard. Rumor is that few big names are being considered to essay the leading lady.

Meanwhile, Vijay’s “Theri” shooting has been wrapped up, and post-production works have begun already. Starring Samantha and Amy Jackson as leading ladies, the film is directed by Atlee of Raja Rani fame.
