The makers held a success meet of the movie today morning which was attended by TRS MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha. Speaking at the event, Kavitha Kalvakuntla said, “U-Turn is a wonderful movie that deals with a good message. My children watched the movie and liked it. Samantha is the epitome of modern women. She is growing day by day as a human. She is doing a great work on Pratyusha Foundation. As a brand ambassador for Telangana Handlooms, she reached more to the Telugu audiences. Naga Chaitanya’s film also released on the same day. Both the films are doing good and it is good to see a healthy competition between them.” said Kavitha.

Tomorrow Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and his wife Samantha are going to have a big fight at box-office because their movies Sailaja Reddy Alludu and U Turn releasing on September 13th on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturdhi festival.

Naga Chaitanya is all set to come up with a romantic comedy ‘Sailaja Reddy Alludu’ under the direction of Maruthi. The movie is ready to rock the screens on September 13th on the occasion of Vinayaka Chaturthi.

On the other hand, Chaitu’s wife Samantha is also going to release her mystery thriller ‘U-Turn’ on the same day. The movie is coming out as the official remake of Kannada hit movie with the same title. Though both movies belong to different genres, we can expect a huge clash between them as the expectations are high on both the films. However, the power couple seems to be extremely cool about it. Samantha said that it is not Sam vs chay but it is ‘Sam with Chay’.

During the promotions, Samantha also stated that as a wife she wants her husband’s movie to perform well at the box office and then wish that her movie also becomes a hit.
