Hero turned comedian Sunil is in no mood of accepting another flop after back to back disasters from past two years. His last hit was ‘Poola Rangadu’ that released three years ago. Post that he wasn’t successful in impressing neither the audience nor the box-office.

After a long gap, he started ‘Krishnashtami’ under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations produced by Dil Raju. This film is what Sunil is banking on. Now, this one too is turning out to become a nightmare, even before its release.

‘Krishnashtami’ was earlier planned of releasing in January. But this doesn’t seem to be a successful release as Jr NTR’s ‘Nannaku Prematho’ and Balakrishna’s ‘Dictator’ occupying major theatres in both the states, Sunil is having no scope for releasing his film.

While January is a packed month how about December? Well, that is much more competitive than January. In this month films like ‘Shankarabaranam,’ ‘Bengal Tiger,’ ‘Soukyam’ and ‘Soggade Chinni Nayana’ are releasing in the span of not many days.

With December and January becoming a houseful, Sunil is left with no other option but to postpone. If he doesn’t and chooses to take some risk, then it will be a huge blow for as all the films stated above have some good buzz in the market compared with ‘Krishnasthami.’

Hero turned comedian Sunil’s upcoming film ‘Krishnashtami’ is termed to be a family entertainer. Bollywood hot heroine, ‘Zid’ fame Mannara Chopra is the lead heroine in this film. She, who romanced Sunil in this film, is leaving no stone unturned to get some recognition by her comments. As part of it, she is now putting hero Sunil in all praises.

It was reported that during the shoot of ‘Krishnastami’ that few Tollywood filmmakers visited the sets of the film and were impressed by Mannar. They even thought of roping in her for their next film’s but decided to confirm her only after the seeing the result of Krishnastami.

Becoming aware of this, Mannar decided to pitch up her strategy and begun her plan by praising hero Sunil. She said that Sunil’s timing cannot be matched. He is a super dancer, and his fights are filled with grace. She further said that Sunil gave advice and shared few tips about acting that helped her in acting.

Seems like, Mannar is in a big plan of grabbing few more Telugu films. Many wonder that Sunil may also cast her in his next film.

Sunil, who was formerly a comedian, turned himself as full-time hero with ‘Maryada Ramanna.’ After the successful venture with ‘Maryada Ramanna,’ he bagged another hit with ‘Poola Rangadu.’ With this also becoming a hit, Sunil settled himself as a hero.

Post ‘Poola Rangadu’ he did five films as the lead hero, these all turned out to become huge disasters and left him in a worst situation.

This time, after almost a year gap, Sunil revisiting the Telugu audience with his new film that is titled as ‘Krishnashtami.’ This film is directed by ‘Josh’ fame, Vasu Varma. Dil Raju produces this film.

Now the buzz is that Sunil’s ‘Krishnashtami’ will be releasing in the Sankranthi of 2016. Wonder why Dil Raju took this decision of pushing this film for Sankranthi while there is heavy competition during this season.

NTR’s ‘Nannaku Prematho’ is releasing on 8th of January, on the other hand, Balakrishna’s ‘Dictator’ is making its way on 14th of the same month. Among these two films now Nagarjuna has planned to release his next flick “Soggade Chinninayana” in the very same month. While the screens and films have reserved their place, the audience too decided which film to watch.

Now, additional to this list would be not only a heavy competition but also huge share of loss. This doesn’t seem a right time for Sunil to come up with ‘Krishnashtami’ as his career is lying low.
