Sonu Sood Opens Up On PV Sindhu Biopic

This is the age of biopics and our filmmakers are leaving no stone unturned to make biopics on the prominent celebrities of our country. In the process, actor Sonu Sood has announced that he will be producing the biopic of Indian ace shuttler, PV Sindhu.

Sonu made this announcement when Sindhu won silver in last Olympics. But it didn’t go on to the floors till now. We hear that the film will begin its shoot very soon. In a recent interview, Sonu confirmed the same and also revealed that he will be playing the role of Sindhu’s coach, Pullela Gopichand in it.
 
He said that he will reveal the details of the lead actress and the rest of the crew very soon. Sonu has recently made his comeback into Tollywood with the film Sita but unfortunately, the film failed to perform and ended up as a disaster.

Continuing the trend of making biopics on famous personalities who excelled in their respective fields, popular actor Sonu Sood announced that he will be producing a film which will be made based on the life of ace shuttler, PV Sindhu. He made this announcement when Sindhu won the silver medal at the Olympics.

But, due to some unknown reason, it didn’t go on floors until now. But, Sonu has finally decided to take it on to the floors and apparently, even the script works are also completely done. We hear that Deepika Padukone will reprise the role of Sindhu in this movie.

We have also heard that Sonu himself will play the role of Sindhu’s coach and former badminton legend, Pullela Gopichand. The main cast and crew of this film are yet to be finalized. Once they get finalized, makers will make an official announcement.

Deepika’s Boyfriend Afraid of Sonu Sood

The recent buzz reveals that the actor-producer Sonu Sood is set to make a biopic on P.V. Sindhu, and the ace shuttler hopes that it inspires millions to follow their dreams. The same has been officially confirmed by both of them, and since then, there is a positive buzz on the project already.

Dynamic actor roped in for antagonist for Pawan Kalyan- Trivikram’s next

Director Trivikram Srinivas with the Pawan Kalyan starrer which has not been titled yet. While the Power Star Pawan Kalyan has joined the sets and the shooting is progressing, it is learnt that Sonu Sood has been roped in to play the antagonist.

In fact, the suave actor will be seen playing a business tycoon in the film. Trivikram Srinivas and Pawan Kalyan are teaming up for the third time after the smash hits Jalsa and Attarintiki and this has given rise to strong speculations that they might score a hat trick.

The yet to be titled film has Keerthy Suresh and Anu Emmanuel playing the female leads.

Interestingly, Kushbhoo will be staging a comeback with this flick. This film will mark the debut of music director Anirudh Ravichander in Tollywood. Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao has been roped in to edit the film, and Manikandan will crank the camera.

This entertainer is being bankrolled by S Radha Krishna under the banner Haarika & Hassine Creations. The shooting of this film is progressing at a brisk pace in Hyderabad and is expected to go on there for the next few weeks.

Sonu Sood to Act in Pakistani Film

Actor Sonu Sood, who predominantly acts in Bollywood, Tamil and Telugu films, will soon be seen in a cameo in a Pakistani film titled ‘Ishq Positive.’

The news was confirmed by Sonu himself. ‘Ishq Positive’ is said to be a romantic comedy featuring Wali Hamid Ali, who is also known to be a singer from the Raga Boys band.

“I am good friends with Wali. I did Ishq Positive for our friendship. It’s a cameo. I am playing myself in the film. I have my natural look in the film. We shot in Mumbai,” added Sonu.

Sonu Sood will soon be seen in an Indo-Chinese film alongside legendary Jackie Chan. Titled ‘Kung Fu Yoga’, the film also has Amyra Dastur and Disha Patani playing key roles.

Jackie Chan Dance with Sonu Sood For a Bollywood Song

Kung Fu Yoga is an upcoming multi-lingual action-adventure comedy film to be directed by Stanley Tong. The film is a Chinese-Indian co-production of Taihe Entertainment and Shinework Media (China). It is a part of the three-film agreement signed between India and China during Chinese President Xi Jinping’s visit to India. Apart from Jackie Chan, the film also stars B-town hunk Sonu Sood, Amyra Dastur and Aarif Lee. The film will be made in English, Mandarin, Hindi and is expected to release later this year.

Jackie Chan and Sonu Sood were already meet up with photos and videos in media, while Sonu Sood Trending with another tweet on social media. Sonu has been invited for the 19th Shanghai International Film Festival in China. Sonu Sood said that he would not only attend the screenings but also promote his film there. During this ceremony as a part of their film promotion, Sonu Sood along with Superstar Jackie Chan danced on the stage that to a famous Indian Punjabi song sung by Daler Mehndi “Tunak Tunak Tun ..” song and entertained the fans. Sonu and Jackie Chan’s dance was the highlight of the event.

Farah Khan’s Choreography for Jackie Chan’s Song

Bollywood choreographer cum film director Farah Khan is reportedly choreographing the dance moves for a song to star Jackie Chan.

It is well known that Jackie Chan is playing the lead role in an Indo-China co-production venture titled ‘Kung Fu Yoga’. Indian actors Sonu Sood and Amyra Dastur are also acting in this film. It is said that Sonu Sood has advised Jackie that it will be beneficial if they incorporate at least one song in the film as Indian movie goers love songs.

Jackie obliged to this suggestion and roped in Farah Khan to choreograph him in the song. The song will be shot in Rajasthan and Beijing. Sonu Sood and Amyra Dastur will also dance in the song along with Jackie.

‘Kung Fu Yoga’ is slated for release in October this year.

Jackie Chan to shoot in India for Kung Fu Yoga

Jackie Chan will be shooting for his upcoming Indo-Chinese film Kung Fu Yoga in India.He will be coming to India on the 21st of March and will be staying for 15 days in Jaipur.

The film also stars Sonu Sood in a key role. Also starring actresses Amyra Dastur and Disha Patani, the film features Jackie Chan as a professor of archaeology who teams up with an Indian professor to locate India’s lost Magadha treasure in Tibet.

The film was announced by Chinese film regulators as part of an India-China co-production agreement during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to China last year. It is reported that the Hindi film stars have performed some adrenalin-pumping action sequences for the movie.

Directed by Stanley Tong, the action comedy film is also shot here and Iceland. This is not the first time Jackie will be visiting India. He paid a visit to the country in 2013 and earlier has even collaborated with India Bollywood beauty Mallika Sherawat in The Myth.
