Bollywood box office Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan recently scored a dud in the form of Zero. Anand L Rai directed the film and the movie failed miserably at the box-office. Popular writer Anjum made some shocking comments on SRK, now the actor is in a big shock that he received from the failure of Zero.

SRK was supposed to play the lead role in the biopic of astronaut Rakesh Sharma. Surprisingly, SRK walked out of the project and the media buzzed that SRK wanted to do another film on the similar lines. But, Anjum who penned the biopic has confirmed that SRK’s exit is only because of the shock that he got from the failure of his last movie. Anjum also revealed that SRK is unable to put his focus on the project which is why the actor left the project.

Adding his opinion on the failure of Zero, Anjum said that the talented writer Himanshu who penned the story for the film cannot be blamed for the film’s failure as a lot of things will actually matter for the failure of the movie.

With SRK’s exit, the makers now approached Ranbir Kapoor to play the lead role.

Since the past few days, reports are coming in saying that Bollywood Baadshah Shahrukh Khan will star in popular astronaut Rakesh Sharma’s biopic. Even Shahrukh agreed to it and even thanked Aamir Khan for handing him over even though it was offered to him initially.

The shoot was slated to begin in the last week of January but as of now, there were no reports about the film. According to the sources, Shahrukh has now backed out from the project and is now planning to act in Don 3 directed by Farhan Akthar. As Shahrukh stepped out of it, the makers are now looking for new options.

Apparently, talented young actor Rajkumar Rao has been approached for the lead role in the film. Raj Kumar Rao has recently scored a commercial blockbuster with Stree and doing a high profile film like this will further increase his market. Though he is yet to sign the dotted line, reports claim that he is mostly okayed it.

Fatima Sana Shaikh is the popular heroine in Bollywood film industry who made her debut with the film Dangal, in which she played the daughter to Aamir Khan. The movie has brought her huge recognition and she immediately teamed up with Aamir again for the film Thugs of Hindostan but the film flopped big time at the box office.

The latest buzz is that she finally signed a movie after a gap. If the buzz is believed to be true, she is all set to be seen in a crucial role in the upcoming Rakesh Sharma biopic which stars Shahrukh Khan in the lead role. The makers are going to start the shoot for the film from the month of February and she is expected to join the sets in the first schedule.

Apparently, it was Aamir who suggested the project to SRK and also referred Fathima’s name to the makers.
