In an interesting news, we have come to know that the popular Kollywood director PA Ranjith met Indian National Congress President Rahul Gandhi in Delhi. The meeting garnered attention as Ranjith who criticised Modi’s government and his plans recently. Ranjith is also a person with his own political ideology and it connects him to INC policies and ideas. The director is said to have discussed films, politics and various other aspects of the society.

PA Ranjith recently came up with a movie titled Kaala starring Rajinikanth in the lead.

Super Star Rajinikanth is currently doing a film titled Kaala. The film is directed by PA Ranjith. Dhanush is producing the film. The film was in a controversy sometime back when a person Rajasekhar alleged that the makers have copied his story and made the film. The person has filed a petition in the Madras high court, and after multiple rounds of the investigation, the court has given the verdict.

The film unit initially clarified that they did not copy the story and submitted some proofs as well. The makers also gave a clarity that they registered the title long back and told that Rajasekhar’s allegations are false. The makers also told that Rajasekhar did not even renew his title and gave their counters strongly. The court finally satisfied with the arguments of the film unit and cancelled the petition of Rajasekhar.

Thalaivar Rajinikanth is currently acting for the Mafia based flick Kaala. However, the makers are getting a headache with some case filed on this flick.

A person named Rajasekharan who hails from Chennai has filed a case in Chennai sessions court on Kaala and team. He claims that the story of Kaala was his own script and he narrated the script to Rajinikanth in 1995. But producer Dhanush and Pa Ranjith copied the story and making a movie out of it. To his petition, the Court has asked Rajini Kanth to file a counter. Recently this case came to the bench, and after some hearings from both sides, the court declared that the final verdict would be given to 26th of this month.

Meanwhile, the team of Kaala is shooting some key scenes in Mumbai. Produced by Dhanush, this movie is directed by Ranjith. Music will be scored by Santosh Sivan.

Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth is currently very much busy with his 161st film. The film is certainly going to be an interesting one in the recent times. There are high expectations on the film now. Meanwhile, even before the film has started, Sunder Sekhar, a self-proclaimed son of Haji Mastan has issued legal notices to Rajinikanth.

Going by the reports, Chennai media houses speculated that Rajini’s film would be made as a biopic of Haji. But there is nothing that has been confirmed regarding the film. Sunder warned the makers not to depict the story of Haji as a smuggler and gangster. He is also telling that he would provide the story of the film if needed by revealing the original story. The film will be directed by Pa Ranjith on hero Dhanush’s own production house.

Tamil star hero Suriya’s previous flick 24 is critically acclaimed, but it did not do well at the box office. The makers were completely disappointed with the response they have got from the audiences of the film. Suriya is extremely happy to be a part of Vikram Kumar’s project even though its a debacle. Even after that, Suriya has decided to continue experiments. Currently, he is busy with the shoot of a film in the direction of Hari. The film is the third installment of Singham series.

Suriya will next be seen in the direction of P A Ranjith, who made Kabali with Super Star Rajinikanth. P A Ranjith has completed the script work and has finalized 5:35 as the title for the film. The title looks interesting and lets hope that the film won’t disappoints us.
