If everything falls in place, we might witness a film which will have Raj Tarun and Nithya Menon as the lead pair. Sounds different right? Obviously, it will, as both the actors have an age gap and more importantly, Nithya is way older than Raj Tarun. But they were chosen for the right kind of film.

According to the sources, director Vijay Kumar Konda has written a script in which a boy falls for the girl who is way older than him. The story will be something on the lines of Soundarya’s Aaro Pranam and Naga Chaitanya’s Ye Maya Chesave. These kinds of films are quite risky to attempt and have to be dealt carefully.

Vijay has an experience of making films like Gunde Jaari Gallanthayinde and Oka Laila Kosam in the past and we have to see how will he handle this project. Stay tuned for more details about this interesting project.

RRR is currently the biggest project that is being made in Telugu film industry. Directed by SS Rajamouli, this period film has huge star cast which includes NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgan. British actress Daisy Edgar Jones was also supposed to act in the film, but she moved out due to some family issues.

This made Rajamouli hunt for a new actress. The director is currently looking out for a foreign actress to replace Daisy. Meanwhile, it is being heard that he also approached Nitya Menen recently for the film and asked her to give a screen test. Apparently, even Nitya has agreed for it.

But we still don’t know for what character has she been approached for. Sources say that there might be some other key role in it. Currently, the shoot of the film is stalled as Ram Charan suffered from an ankle injury. It will resume once he gets well. The film is slated to release in July 2020.

Tamilnadu former chief minister Jayalalithaa’s biopic is in the offing in Kollywood film industry. Vibri Media who produced NTR biopic is also producing one biopic which will be directed by AL Vijay. The project was titled as Thalaivi.

Another biopic is also being shaped up with the title The Iron Lady. Nithya Menen is playing the female lead in the film. The makers are planning to avoid all kinds of controversies for this project. The regular shoot of the film started and Priyadarshan, the senior director is making the project.

The buzz is that the scenes between Jayalalithaa and Sashikala were shot in the recent schedule. An ensemble cast is a part of the project. The makers wanted to release the film during Summer.

We have already reported the news about the official biopic of former Tamilnadu CM Jayalalitha. The movie is going to be titled as The Iron Lady and it is going to be directed by Priyadarshini. A couple of other directors also announced the biopic but the project directed by Priyadarshini is the front-runner as Nithya Menen is confirmed to be seen in the title role.

The first look regarding the same is already out and Nithya is very much excited to be a part of this biggie. The latest buzz is that the pre-production work is currently in the final stages and the regular shoot of the movie is going to begin from the month of February.

Naga Chaitanya is very keen on having a good lineup of projects and he is said to be signing back to back movies. If the buzz is believed to be true, he is said to have signed another film in the direction of Merlapaka Gandhi.

Merlapaka Gandhi has apparently directed Nani in the last film Krishnarjuna Yudham. This untitled project is going to be special as the makers are planning to rope in Nithya Menen as the heroine for the movie. The combination of Nithya and Chay is looking really different and we have to see how the chemistry between them is going to work out.

Young hero Sharwanand’s new movie was launched yesterday in Hyderabad. Akkineni Naga Chaitanya clapped the soundboard and Maruthi switched on camera for Muhurat shoot. The regular shooting of the movie will start from December.

Now the latest we hear is that heroines Kajal and Nithya Menon will romance with Sharwanand in this Gangster action entertainer movie. The film is being directed by Sudheer Varma and produced by Surya Devara Naga Vamsi. Prasanth Pillai is scoring the music.

Vijay’s most awaited film Mersal directed by Atlee has three heroines – Kajal Aggarwal, Samantha and Nithya Menen. It is heard that the hero is doing three roles in the film and they are a magician, a Panchayat chief and a doctor.

It is also said that Kajal Aggarwal is the doctor while Nithya Menen plays the wife of the Panchayat Chief and Samantha will be the love interest of the magician Vijay. Hareesh Peradi who played the CBI officer in Aandavan Kattalai plays a pivotal role.

After considering several actresses, Nithya Menen has recently been finalized to play the lead in a biopic of mahanati Savithri to be directed by Aswini Dutt’s son-in-law and the director of ‘Yevade Subramanyam’, Nag Ashwin. Aswini Dutt voted for Nithya only after she had agreed for his conditions.

It is heard that Dutt has asked Nithya to not indulge in director’s work and attend shooting on time. He also asked her not to indulge in any sort of controversy with any of the film’s unit members. He also warned to cut her remuneration if she doesn’t attend film’s promotions.

Nithya is heard to have agreed for all the conditions put forward by Dutt as she fell in love with the script.
