Mega heroine Niharika Konidela’s debut film was launched today formally in Hyderabad.

It is not a common scenario for a girl from a huge family backdrop opting to act in films as the heroine. Her family has heroes like Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Allu Arjun, Ram Charan, Sai Dharam and her brother Varun Tej. Apart from them her father Naga Babu is a character artist and Uncle Allu Arvind, a producer.

With such huge filmy personalities living around her, it isn’t a tough wish for Niharika to also become a film personality. It was some time ago that she spoke her mind with her parents of becoming a heroine. Now that’s a bit tricky wish. Not many heroines exist in Tollywood who come from a filmy background, especially when brother or father is a huge star.

Accepting her decision Naga Babu gave green signal to his daughter which resulted in accepting the offer of a heroine role in a film.

This film will be directed by Rama Raju of Mallela Teeramlo Sirimalle Puvvu fame. Young Hero Naga Shaurya is the lead hero in this film. Madhura Sreedhar and TV9 will jointly produce this film.

The regular shooting will commence in Hyderabad very soon and later on will move to Vizag where the major part of shooting will be held.

Mega brother Nagababu’s daughter Niharika is making her Tollywood debut soon, and she will become the first heroine from mega family to shine on silver screen. She has already proved her skills as Television host with ‘Dhee Juniors’ in ETV Telugu.

When Ram Charan was asked about this, he said that he was not aware of Niharika’s debut and he found out only after reading the newspaper. “If Nagababu uncle has no objections to debut, I too don’t have any objection,” added Charan.

Hero Naga Shourya will be paired opposite Niharika in her debut film. Touted to be a romantic entertainer, Ramaraju of Mallela Theeramlo Sirimalle Puvvu fame will direct it.
