The Indian International Film Awards of North India for this year is planned in the New York city. The entire Bollywood has attended made this event a grand success.

As the awards ceremony was planned for four days, the Bollywood celebrities have started walking on the red carpet on the 14th of July. Meanwhile, the stars like Varun Dhawan, Sushant Singh Rajput, and many others have stunned the audiences with their performances. The music maestro A R Rahman has done a fantabulous performance along with his 25th-year celebrations in the industry. West Indies celebrity Cricketer Dwayne Bravo surprised all with his elegant presence. Awards for all the categories will be presented on 15th of July.

All the Hindi NRIs have completely surrounded the Time Square center and the hotels around it to have a glimpse of their favorite stars at the entrance of Big Apple auditorium. This awards will be wrapped up tomorrow by organizing a closing ceremony.

Bollywood Choreographer-turned-director Farah Khan and her three children have miraculously escaped unhurt after a sudden explosion took place at Central Park in New York on 3rd July, a day ahead of the Independence Day in the US.

Farah Khan, who is on a vacation in the US with her children, took to Twitter to share this news.”Oh god can’t believe v were IN Central Park whn the explosion happened!!”tweeted the ‘Happy New Year’ director.

A young man got severely injured in the explosion. The Central Park is now partially closed for police investigation. It is yet unknown who and what caused the explosion. It is suspected that the fireworks prior to the Independence Day might have caused the tragedy.

This incident followed superstar Hrithik Roshan’s lucky escape from the Istanbul airport attack just a few days ago.
