As per the latest reports, Nayanthara has now hiked her fee and is charging Rs 5 crore per film. This is the highest ever remuneration for a South Indian actress and Nayanthara is the first ever actress to take a pay cheque of Rs 5 crores. On the other hand, producers admitted that for all hotel rooms, flight tickets and other expenses it will cost around 6 crores only for Nayanatara.

It is also heard that Nayan even accepted to star opposite a small time comedian and demanded huge amount to star opposite him. The proposed film is also said to have Soori as the hero.

Apart from Vikram’s film, Nayanthara has signed another film in which she will once again join hands with her rumored boyfriend cum director Vignesh Shivan and actor Vijay Sethupathi. Trisha is also expected to play another heroine.

Now, speculation is that Trisha is demanding 75 percent of Nayanatara’s remuneration to sign the film. The makers are currently in talks with the actress.
