Actress Nandita Swetha, who impressed with her act in Nikhil’s Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada, was later seen in quite a few Telugu films but couldn’t make any impact. This time, she is coming up with a completely female-oriented film Akshara, which is being directed by B. Chinni Krishna. 

Today, the makers have announced that the teaser of this film will be unveiled on the 20th of this month at 12 PM. Touted to be a suspense thriller, the shoot of this film has been finished and the makers are planning for a July release. Comedians Shakalaka Shankar, Madhunandan, and Satya will be seen in the other lead roles of the film.

It is bankrolled jointly by Suresh Varma Alluri and Ahiteja Bellamkonda. The makers are promoting it as a film based on true events. We have to see whether Nandita scores the much-needed success with this film or not.

Nandita Swetha is a popular Tamil heroine who made her Telugu debut with Nikhil’s Ekkadiki Pothavu Chinnavada. After the success of the movie, she is flooded with a lot of offers but she took her time and recently signed a film with Nithiin and the movie is titled Srinivasa Kalyanam. Satish Vegesna is the director and it also has Raashi Khanna in another female lead role.

The interesting buzz is that the actress is doing a mother’s role in another interesting movie. When she is getting female lead roles, she decided to do the role of a mother in a film titled as N for Narmadha. Geetha Rajput is the director of the movie and the film will focus on the mother and child relationship.

The principal cast and crew on Thursday held a success meet in Jagadamba Theatre in Visakhapatnam. Speaking at the event, the major attraction of the film, debutant Nanditha Shwetha, who delivered a power packed performance, said that she was congratulated by many from the film industry for the success of the film.

‘Especially, I can’t forget the unexpected phone call made by Allu Arjun sir. He praised me for my performance and wished me for a great career ahead,’ an elated Nandita said.

In one of her earlier interviews, she said the same and added that she expressed her wish of working with the stylish star.

Interim, speaking at the success meet, Nikhil thanked movie lovers for making his film such a big hit despite the demonetization wave engulfing the nation.
