Mannat is the name of Shah Rukh Khan’s residence in Mumbai and it is worth of RS 200 crores. Shah Rukh Khan’s one and only priced possession are Mannat and before Shah Rukh bought this property, Salman Khan showed interest to purchase the same. Salman Khan himself recently revealed the same.

When Salman wanted to buy Mannat, his father changed his mind asking what would he do with such a huge bungalow. But Salman said that he always had the doubt about what Shah Rukh would do with such a big bungalow.

Shah Rukh revealed the reason behind buying the most costly property. “I came from Delhi and people who come from Delhi would always want to live in Bungalows. Initially, I and Gauri lived in an independent house as we do not like the Apartment culture in Mumbai. When I came to know about Mannat, I grabbed it at a go.” said Shah Rukh.

Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan has reached 20 million followers mark on Twitter, On this occasion, the actor has narrated various incidents of his interactions with fans till date in his life and he posted a video message of the same. In the video, a homeless woman is seen stopping the actor’s new BMW i8 around the actor’s Bandra residence. This video is now going viral on the social media.

We can see the homeless woman coming close to actor’s car and stopping it. It was not clear whether the actor was in the car or not. Soon after the woman started approaching the car, the bodyguards of the actor immediately pulled her away. Finally, when the actor intervened, the woman was let her way. She must have come to have a glimpse of the actor.

It was last year when the raised platform in front of Mannat (SRK’s residence) became a cause of worry for the visitors of Mount Mary Church. A complaint was filed and reported to the Municipal Corporation. But no specific action was taken then. The elevated ramp is used for SRK’s Vanity Van’s parking and that has blocked the staircase leading to Mount Mary Church.

Last year, there was no action taken, but now again an issue has been reported and the matter has been brought to BMC’s notice. And the neighbors have formed a Watchdog Foundation and filed a complaint that not only does it block the entry from Bandstand, but the elevated platform even blocks the road adjacent to Mannat.
BMC is planning to take action and send some engineers to inspect the place.
