Manchu Manoj, who took a small break after marriage, is back again with a series of movies. Now the actor has signed a new movie under Yellow Flowers banner. Remember the producer Ramesh Puppula, who produced the movies like Mirapakay with Ravi Teja and Srimannarayana with Balakrishna, is the producer of Manoj’s new movie.

After a gap of almost two years, the producers is back into Tollywood and announced a new film with Manchu Manoj as a hero, and it will be directed by a new director Sagar Pasala. SS Thaman will score the music for this film. More details about the cast and other technicians will be revealed shortly.

Meanwhile, Manoj’s new movie Attack with RGV is getting ready for release, and he is currently busy with the shooting of his new movie Shourya in the direction of Dasarath. The movie first look poster launched recently, and the movie is said to be a family entertainer. Manoj will be seen in another different role in the flick. Actress Regina Cassandra is the heroine for Manoj in Shourya.

Post the disaster of ‘Bruce Lee,’ Ram Charan is planning carefully for his next film that is a remake of Tamil super hit ‘Thani Oruvan.’ Many actors from Tollywood and Kollywood were considered to do the negative role in this film, now joining this list is young hero Manchu Manoj.

Ram Charan, who announced that Surender Reddy will be directing this remake stayed silent over the negative role and female lead. Few considerations like Daggubati Rana, Nagarjuna, Nara Rohit and even Aravind Swamy, who did the negative role in the original, were all considered but later dropped.

Now the new talk is that hero Manchu Manoj is being considered for this crucial role. Manoj was approached hoping that he would accept the role; in a recent interview too Manoj admitted that he is always interested in doing villain roles like his dad did.

Manoj in the past jointly did ‘Vedam’ which also starred another Mega hero Allu Arjun.

Interestingly, Manoj’s father Mohan Babu acted as villain in few of Chiranjeevi’s films. These turned out to become super hits in Chiru’s career. Now, will the sons repeat the same thing?…don’t know, let’s wait and see.

After giving a promising entry with Donga Dongadi in 2004, Manchu Manoj had most of the times stood up to the expectations that Tollywood has believed on him. He is the youngest son of Mohan Babu and has a lot common with his father. In Most of his films, Manoj tries to imitate his father Mohan Babu by his dialogue delivery just to create some comedy.

Manoj has done three films as child artist and fourteen films as a full length hero and two films as character. His upcoming film ‘Attack’ is ready for its release in December. ‘Attack’ was directed by Ram Gopal Varma. Manoj is currently shooting for Dasarath’s ‘Shourya.’ Manoj who is in the shooting of ‘Shourya’ took some time and spoke with us. Read what he has to say.

“My father is a much disciplined personality. Every profession needs disciplined behavior, he feels. The way he raised us is the only reason why we are here” said Manoj about his father.

Speaking about his upcoming films, Manoj said “Attack is directed by Ram Gopal Varma has completed its shooting process and will release in the month of December. Currently I’m doing ‘Shourya’ under Dasarath’s direction. Apart from these few other stories are lined up.”

Manoj was seen as a Rockstar in Vedam which also has Allu Arjun as a hero. When asked about his favorite character, he has to say Police Officer is what I like to act in. As an actor everyone wants to act in different characters. I love to act not only as a hero but also as a villain.”

With 19 films in his bag, he was chosen to pick his favorite, he laughed and said “Each and every film is a special one. If I wouldn’t like, I wouldn’t have done those films. Apart from all my films ‘Shourya’ will stand the best. It is a different subject. Regina, Prakash Raj and my characters are very variety in this film. People accept different films. I think Dasarath is making a different film.

Ram Gopal Varma latest film ‘Attack’ had its 2nd Trailer launch yesterday. Speaking about this movie Ram Gopal Varma made an interesting comment.

Ram Gopal Varma said that “Many asked me that why I wasn’t able to do films like ‘Shiva’. I took such comments on a lite note. Producer C. Kalyan suggested to me that movies shouldn’t be made as we like, but shall be made according to the people’s choice.

With his suggestion, I started ‘Attack’ with Manchu Manoj. I hope you will like it.”

Producer C.Kalyan spoke to the media and said “This film is silently made on a huge budget. Hope you all will like it and appreciate such action genres.”

Manchu Manoj said, “I am a fan of RGV. I accepted this film once he narrated the story. We made this film in such a way that total industry should talk about Ram Gopal Varma.”
