Maharshi starring Super Star Mahesh Babu released yesterday and it opened to average talk at the box-office. Maharshi also features a child artist named Chakri who played a notable role in the movie. The actor is 9 years old and hails from Jangareddy Gudem. He has been to Lakshmi theatre to watch the film and spoke to the media about the movie.

Chakri was seen in almost 37 films so far in his career which includes the blockbusters like Mirchi, Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum, 1 Nenokkadine, Speedunnodu, Gunturodu, Dwaraka, Brahmotsavam, Manam, Rojulu Marayi and a few others.

Chakri’s elder brother Vishnu Charan is pursuing his 8th standard now and his younger brother Krishna Charan is studying UKG. Both Vishnu Charan and Krishna Charan are also child artists. Chakri’s father Satish Naidu set up his own photo studio in Kukatpally and is working as a still photographer.

He played a mute child in the film Maharshi which is being received well by everyone.

Tollywood Superstar Mahesh Babu has joined hands with director Vamsi Paidipally for his 25th movie ‘Maharshi’. Pooja Hegde romanced Mahesh Babu in this film.

The movie is slated to hit the screens on May 9th. The makers have kick started the promotions and have unveiled the teaser as well as 5 singles from the movie. Today the makers have revealed the sixth single from the movie titled as ‘Phir Shuru’. This interesting number has been receiving a decent response from the audience. However, the audio Jukebox has failed to impress the audience. Netizens are commenting that DSP music is not good. We have to wait and see if the film can impress the audience or not.

Dil Raju joined hands with Ashwini Dutt and PVP to bankroll this project. Allari Naresh is playing a crucial role in this flick.

There is exactly a month left for the release of Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi. But till now, the shoot of the film has not been done yet and there are a few patchwork scenes and three songs left to be shot. The unit is supposed to travel to Dubai soon to shoot these songs and scenes.

But we now hear the makers have decided to shoot a dance number in Annapurna Studios and can the patchwork scenes and one romantic number in Dubai, chopping off another song. Apparently, they think that the exclusion of one song will not affect the run of the film.

Anyways, the inclusion of the song will increase the runtime of the movie by another five minutes. The unit is planning to add the song to the screens after the release if needed. Directed by Vamshi Paidipally, Maharshi is gearing up for a worldwide release on May 9th.
