Maharshi starring Super Star Mahesh Babu released yesterday and it opened to average talk at the box-office. Maharshi also features a child artist named Chakri who played a notable role in the movie. The actor is 9 years old and hails from Jangareddy Gudem. He has been to Lakshmi theatre to watch the film and spoke to the media about the movie.
Chakri was seen in almost 37 films so far in his career which includes the blockbusters like Mirchi, Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum, 1 Nenokkadine, Speedunnodu, Gunturodu, Dwaraka, Brahmotsavam, Manam, Rojulu Marayi and a few others.
Chakri’s elder brother Vishnu Charan is pursuing his 8th standard now and his younger brother Krishna Charan is studying UKG. Both Vishnu Charan and Krishna Charan are also child artists. Chakri’s father Satish Naidu set up his own photo studio in Kukatpally and is working as a still photographer.
He played a mute child in the film Maharshi which is being received well by everyone.
