Mega hero Varun Tej’s debut film ‘Mukunda’ was released long back. His second film ‘Kanche’, which took so much time for completion, has hit postponement mode and is slated for release in the first week of November month.

As per sources, Varun’s third film ‘Loafer’ under the direction of Puri is being planned to release in December first week by releasing the Sunil Kashyap composed audio in November month.

In fact, Puri had already finished the shooting except some patch work but he delayed the remaining work so that ‘Kanche’ releases first.

‘Maa Amma Mahalakshmi’ is the title under consideration to rename ‘Loafer’.

Mega actor Varun Tej’s new film Loafer title changed to “Maa Amma Mahalakshmi”. There was a buzz that movie has been titled as Jebu Donga, but now the latest news is that Maa Amma Mahalakshmi title is almost confirmed for this movie. Soon we expect an official confirmation on this.

The movie story is based on mother sentiment like Puri Jagannadh’s earlier film of Amma Nanna O Tamilammayi. Revathy is playing the mother character to Varun Tej, and Posani Krishna Murali is the father to Varun Tej in the movie.

Director Puri Jagannadh, who always comes up with a catchy and mass titles for his movies, also come up with a mass title as Loafer for Varun Tej’s movie. Producer Kalyan and director Ramgopal Varma suggested Puri to change the title because the story based on mother sentiment. So, now Puri changed the Loafer title to Maa Amma Mahalakshmi.

Disha Patani is playing the female lead opposite Varun Tej in the movie. The movie will hit the big screens for Sankranthi, January!
