Nithin and Megha Akash starrer ‘LIE’, directed by Hanu Raghavapudi is gearing up for the grand release on 11th August. Currently, the entire team is busy in the promotional activities, and the makers are leaving no stone unturned to make it blockbuster.

Currently, the team is in Tirupathi for the film’s promotions. During media interaction, Nithiin said that they shot for 75 days in US and they paid whopping 25 Lakhs per a day for a helicopter. It seems the makers left no stone unturned to make the film a blockbuster hit in Nithiin’s career.

The film is produced by Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta, and Anil Sunkara under their banner 14 Reels Entertainment whereas the music is scored by Mani Sharma. Action King Arjun Sarja is playing the antagonist. The action sequences in the film are touted to be hi-octane impressive series of punches and kicks.

The film will lock horns with Boyapati Srinu’s Jaya Janaki Nayaka starring Bellakonda Srinivas & Rakul Preet, and Teja’s directorial venture ‘Nene Raju Nene Mantri’ starring Rana Daggubati and Kajal Aggarwal at the box office.

Nithiin will be seen in a new avatar in forthcoming Telugu action-thriller “Lie”, says producer Anil Sunkara. “The film has met our expectations and we are happy with the output.

Anil Sunkara said, “It’s going to be a tough fight at the box office as two more films are set for release, but we are confident of our product.”

Slated for release on Friday, “Lie” will compete with Rana Daggubati’s political thriller “Nene Raju Nene Mantri” and “Jaya Janaki Nayaka”. The film stars Nithiin, Megha Akash and Arjun.

He further added, “Audiences will see Nithiin in a never-before avatar and his role is going to surprise the audiences. There is an interesting twist with respect to his character and audiences are going to find it very interesting.”

Tamil star Arjun, popularly known as Action King, plays the antagonist. “He will not be seen as the typical villain we get to see in our movies. His role has a peculiar obsession and the film revolves around it. His face-off scenes with Nithiin are going to be the film’s biggest highlights,” Anil said.

The censor work of Nithiin’s ‘LIE’ has been completed. The film has been certified U/A. The film has a crisp run-time of 2 hours 24 minutes. The curiosity surrounding the film has gone up after the release of the theatrical trailer now the censor talk is also very good.

As revealed in the trailer, Nithiin plays A.Satyam, who is fondly called as Asatyam as he never speaks truth. But expect the unexpected. Nithiin’s role is going to surprise the audiences for sure. There is an interesting twist related to his character and audiences would find it very interesting.

The film opens with ‘Action King’ Arjun, who plays Padmanabham. He will not be seen as the typical villain we get to see in our movies. Megha Akash plays Chaitra, who is a miser and her chemistry with Nithiin is going to be one of the highlights of the film. She will entertain the audiences with her quirks. Positives: The characters of Nithiin, Arjun, Megha, Ravikishan and others are very well-designed. Nithiin will surprise in a role with two shades. The obsession of Arjun’s character will drive the film. Ravikishan has also got a film has a racy and a very different screenplay.

The first half of the film is entertaining and once the major twist is revealed, the film picks up pace. The shock factor in the second half is very good as there are very interesting twists. The action part is also very good. The climax is also going to be one of the highlights. The battle of wits between hero and villain is presented very intelligently.

Negatives: The entertainment quotient in the second half is quite less compared to the first half as it focuses majorly on the mind-game between the hero and villain. The director takes time to enter the actual story. The mind-game may seem complex to a section of the audiences.

She will be seen romancing Ram for the first time in Vunnadi Okkate Zindagi. P Ravi Kishore is bankrolling Vunnadi Okkate Zindagi on Sri Sravanthi Movies banner, and Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer.

The one-minute video song of ‘Miss Sunshine’ song from Nithin starrer ‘LIE’ is receiving a positive response from everyone. The audio song has already become popular, and now video song is getting similar appreciation. The song shot on lead pair Nithin and Megha Akash is shot in stunning locations.
