AR Muragadoss is a noted filmmaker down South who has left a positive impression in Bollywood film industry as well. With the film Ghajini, Muragadoss has impressed everyone. Now, the latest update from the film Nagar in Chennai is that Muragadoss is planning to remake Kaththi in Bollywood now. In the past, Muragadoss already narrated the script to Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar but things did not materialize that time. It looks like Hrithik Roshan will now be coming forward to play the lead role in this remake.

We have learnt that Muragadoss has already put up a team of writers to make few changes to the story to suit Bollywood style, nativity and the body language of Hrithik. The script work is in progress now and the official details will be revealed soon.

Bollywood sensational star Akshay Kumar has been on a film signing spree now. The actor who is busy with his current projects has signed a new film. Akshay Kumar will feature yet again in the Hindi remake of a South blockbuster Kathi, which starred Vijay and Samantha in the lead roles. The film’s Hindi remake is going to be titled as Ikka directed by Murugadoss’ associate Jagan. Focusing on the current situation of the farmer suicides, Akshay Kumar will be seen in the dual roles of the film.

Akshay Kumar was seen in remakes in the past too. The actor has got highest success rate with the remake films. Also, the actor Akshay Kumar revealed that he would start shooting for the remake of the South film after finishing the ongoing films.

Ram Charan has the other day put an end to the discussions about megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film. He announced that VV Vinayak will direct the Telugu remake of Tamil blockbuster film ‘Kathi’ starring Vijay.

Ram Charan wanted to produce the film on his newly floated Konidela Productions banner. However, the biggest twist came to him in the form of Lyca Productions, the producers of Tamil Kathi. It is heard that Lyca Productions put a condition that they will co-produce the Telugu remake, or they won’t give the remake rights at all. With no other option left, Chiranjeevi and Charan have agreed.

Chiranjeevi’s 150th movie will hit the floors in the early 2016. Meanwhile Ram Charan is also getting ready for his new movie , which is a Telugu remake of Tamil super hit film “Thani Oruvan”.

Lyca Productions is also producing director Shankar and superstar Rajnikanth’s ‘Robot 2.0’ on an unbelievable budget for Rs 350 Crore.
