Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth is happy with the openings of his new movie 2.O. The film has Amy Jackson and Akshay Kumar in the leads. The film released big in Tamilnadu, Karnataka and the Telugu states. The interesting buzz is that there is a protest happening against the movie in Karnataka.

The fans of Rajinikanth are currently happy that the film is being received well but at the same time, the advance bookings were full till Sunday. The fans are into heated arguments with the theatres’ management too.

Meanwhile, the Kannada Aikya Kootami president Nagaraj is carrying protest at Urvashi theatre. The main reason behind his protest is that he is demanding to halt the movie’s release as he wanted only Kannada movies to release in the state. We have to see if they carry more protests in the coming days considering the successful run of the movie in the state.

Super Star Rajinikanth is gearing up for the release of his film Kaala in multiple languages in multiple states. But, he has to face a heat from the people of Karnataka as they are planning to ban the film in their state. Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce President Govindu told that Kannada groups have written letters to put a ban on the film regarding Rajinikanth’s comments in the context of Cauvery water issue.

The Kannadigas claim that Rajinikanth hurt their sentiments. On the other side, the distributors of the Karnataka who brought Kaala are in discussions with the chamber to bring a clarity on the film’s release by Thursday.

Kannada hero Guru Jaggesh has got stabbed by some unknown person in Bengaluru and this news has shook the entire Karnataka.

Going into the details, the politician Jaggesh’s celebrity son Guru Jaggesh has went to drop his kids at their school in Bengaluru. At the same time, an unknown stranger rushed towards him and stopped at the stop sign near Guru. its then Guru warned the stranger to go slow as that area is a school zone. A frustrated stranger has stabbed Guru heavily and espaced from that area as fast as he can.

Immediately Guru was rushed to a hospital for treatment. After some hours, his father Jaggesh has declared that Guru was out of danger.

The visionary director S S Rajamouli who has been busy promoting his magnum opus Baahubali: The Conclusion has opened his view on Baahubali protest in Karnataka.

It’s known that the Tamil veteran hero turned character artist Satya Raj has made some comments on Karnataka regarding River Cauvery water issues. All of a sudden, some Protestants have decided to boycott the movie Baahubali by stopping it releasing in Karnataka. Deeply hurt by this, Rajamouli expressed his sorrow over the issue. He straightly questioned the Protestants that how far is it fair to stop Baahubali when they allowed 30 films of Satya Raj even after those comments. He went further and clarified that Satya Raj has worked for 5 years with him and he could never face any problem with him. The Clever director also said that the veteran actor had made those comments before ten years and it’s unfair to stop Baahubali after all these years.

Rajamouli who thanked the fans of Karnataka who made Baahubali: The Beginning a huge hit and asked not to protest against the sequel. The movie will get released on 28th of April worldwide.
