Kajal Aggarwal is one of the star heroines in Telugu film industry. The actress is currently busy with the remake of Queen in Tamil and she is also a part of a couple of interesting projects in Telugu.

The buzz is that she is going to be seen alongside Gopi Chand for an upcoming film in the direction of a newcomer. B V S N Prasad is the producer of the film.

Kajal is said to be charging a whopping remuneration as Rs 1.20 Cr. Apparently the actress is seen charging 1 Cr till the recent past but she is said to have increased her remuneration now.

The 60th film of Tamil hero Vijay referred as Vijay 60 was launched recently with formal pooja. As per sources, hot actress Kajal Aggarwal was approached by the makers to play the leading lady, but she scared them by quoting a huge Rs 2.5 Crore as remuneration.

Earlier, Vijay and Kajal paired up for ‘Thuppakki’ and ‘Jilla’. Since both the films were hits and their chemistry was well appreciated, Vijay is said to have recommended the name of Kajal for this movie. But, her demand for huge remuneration has now forced the makers to look for different heroines.

In the last couple of years, Kajal has hit headlines many times for demanding heavy remunerations when approached for movies of big stars. Of course, she lost many films due to this.

The film will be directed by Bharatan and produced by Vijaya Productions banner.

Kajal has been quoting 2 Crore to Telugu producers until recently but she has now slashed her fee by 30 percent and even agreed to cut down another 5 percent on her personal expenses, added an insider. With this offer from Kajal, it is heard that few producers are now turning to her house instead of going to Tamanna’s. Taking a cue from Kajal, few other actresses are also cutting down remunerations, which has become blessing in disguise for producers.
