The teaser of Superstar Rajnikanth’ supcoming gangster film ‘Kabali’ has achieved the record of the highest viewed Indian film teaser with morethan 17.1 million views and counting.

Earlier, the most viewed records were held by the teasers of Aamir Khan’s ‘Dhoom 3’ followed by Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’.

Released on May 1, the teaser of Kabali created an unprecedented record by clocking 5 million views in less than 24 hours. The teaser also became the second most liked teaser in the world standing only after Marvel super hero film ‘Avengers’.

Rajini’s dialogues and mannerism from the teaser went viral and this just seems to be the beginning for the film to create records. The film is expected to break several box office records post its worldwide release on July 1st.

The movie is expected to have its audio launch on 30th May.

Super Star Rajinikanth after the failure of Lingaa has teamed up with young team for the film Kabali. The film is being made in Tamil and will be dubbed into Telugu language with the same title. Already many posters of the film were out on social media which has revealed the look of Rajinikanth. Rajinikanth is expected to be seen as a aged gangster in the film.
