Best action comedy hero Jackie Chan’s upcoming flick ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ is gearing up for its release worldwide. The Telugu distributor has held a press meet to convey important date about this flick.

Koneru Kalpana has bought the Telugu distribution rights for the Telugu States. She has been presenting this flick under Kalpana Chitra banner. She said to media that she is releasing this flick on 3rd February all over the Telugu places. She claimed that this film would be in the lines of super hit action comedies of Jackie Chan along with commercial elements. She declared that this movie would meet the expectations of all fans of Jackie Chan and his presence will redefine his age.

This movie is directed by star director Stan Lee who has given blockbusters like ‘The Myth’, ‘Chinese Zodiac’, ‘Rumble in the Bronze’ etc in the combination of Chan. ‘Kung fu Yoga’ has Indian stars like Disha Patani, Sonu Sood, Amyra Dastur to look after.

International action hero Jackie Chan is said to be tensed after looking at the rating of Baahubali surpassing his films in China.

After conquering several parts of the world, Baahubali was recently released in China, and the film received a lukewarm response. Although the film had initially received 7 rating, now it went up to 7.7. Martial arts star Jackie Chan looks to be worried of Baahubali eclipsing his films. Baahubali has already broken into the all-time Top 5 Indian films at Chinese box office.

Meanwhile the shooting of Baahubali: The Conclusion is currently progressing at brisk pace. Climax war sequence is being canned by SS Rajamouli with a horde of junior artists and main actors. After wrapping up the shoot, an extensive post production work will commence to deliver world class output. Film will release worldwide in April 2017.

Kung Fu Yoga is an upcoming multi-lingual action-adventure comedy film to be directed by Stanley Tong. The film is a Chinese-Indian co-production of Taihe Entertainment and Shinework Media (China). It is a part of the three-film agreement signed between India and China during Chinese President Xi Jinping’s visit to India. Apart from Jackie Chan, the film also stars B-town hunk Sonu Sood, Amyra Dastur and Aarif Lee. The film will be made in English, Mandarin, Hindi and is expected to release later this year.

Jackie Chan and Sonu Sood were already meet up with photos and videos in media, while Sonu Sood Trending with another tweet on social media. Sonu has been invited for the 19th Shanghai International Film Festival in China. Sonu Sood said that he would not only attend the screenings but also promote his film there. During this ceremony as a part of their film promotion, Sonu Sood along with Superstar Jackie Chan danced on the stage that to a famous Indian Punjabi song sung by Daler Mehndi “Tunak Tunak Tun ..” song and entertained the fans. Sonu and Jackie Chan’s dance was the highlight of the event.

Bollywood choreographer cum film director Farah Khan is reportedly choreographing the dance moves for a song to star Jackie Chan.

It is well known that Jackie Chan is playing the lead role in an Indo-China co-production venture titled ‘Kung Fu Yoga’. Indian actors Sonu Sood and Amyra Dastur are also acting in this film. It is said that Sonu Sood has advised Jackie that it will be beneficial if they incorporate at least one song in the film as Indian movie goers love songs.

Jackie obliged to this suggestion and roped in Farah Khan to choreograph him in the song. The song will be shot in Rajasthan and Beijing. Sonu Sood and Amyra Dastur will also dance in the song along with Jackie.

‘Kung Fu Yoga’ is slated for release in October this year.

Jackie Chan will be shooting for his upcoming Indo-Chinese film Kung Fu Yoga in India.He will be coming to India on the 21st of March and will be staying for 15 days in Jaipur.

The film also stars Sonu Sood in a key role. Also starring actresses Amyra Dastur and Disha Patani, the film features Jackie Chan as a professor of archaeology who teams up with an Indian professor to locate India’s lost Magadha treasure in Tibet.

The film was announced by Chinese film regulators as part of an India-China co-production agreement during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to China last year. It is reported that the Hindi film stars have performed some adrenalin-pumping action sequences for the movie.

Directed by Stanley Tong, the action comedy film is also shot here and Iceland. This is not the first time Jackie will be visiting India. He paid a visit to the country in 2013 and earlier has even collaborated with India Bollywood beauty Mallika Sherawat in The Myth.

Disha Patani is making her international acting debut via Kung Fu Yoga.The film is a collaboration between Indo and Chinese filmmakers, which will feature international superstar Jackie Chan as the lead role. She recently won brownie points for her role in Loafer, which was directed by acclaimed filmmaker Puri Jagannadh.

The makers of Kung Fu Yoga chose Disha because she exhibited great skills in gymnastics that is perfect for her character as an archaeology professor, who is also expert in yoga and martial arts.Apparently, her training in the sport will make it easier for her to execute the stunts and other crazy action scenes that have become a trademark of Chan films.

Recently, Disha took to Twitter to express her anxiety,” Thank you to the most pure soul on this planet for taking so much care of me !! You are and you…”. Disha will be Chan’s love interest in the movie, but she will be punching and kicking alongside Jackie. Kung Fu Yoga is slated to premiere in theaters in 2016.

Martial arts star Jackie Chan has surprised Indian actor Sonu Sood by presenting him a white colour jacket.

It is well known that Sonu Sood is playing a pivotal role in Jackie’s new film ‘Kung Fu Yoga’. As the film has Indian Yoga as its main theme, Sonu has been roped in to play a crucial role. After receiving the surprise gift form, Jackie, Sonu proudly shared it on social media with a tweet tagging their picture. Sonu was roped in after many actors like Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff opted out of the film.

The movie also has cute actress Amyra Dastur playing a special role. She replaced Ileana in this film.

The other day, while giving an interview to promote his upcoming film ‘Loafer’, director Puri Jagannath has revealed his plan to make a high budget film starring superstar Mahesh Babu and an International star. Although Puri didn’t reveal who that International Star was, we found out from our sources.

Puri Jagannath is heard to have come in touch with martial arts star Jackie Chan through actor Sonu Sood. Puri shares a good rapport with Sonu after directing him in coupe pf films. Right now, Jackie Chan and Sonu Sood are acting together in ‘Kung Fu Yoga’.

Puri contacted Jackie via Sonu and discussion is still in the early stage. Puri is yet to prepare the bound script, and this project might go on floors in 2017 only as Mahesh’s call sheets are blocked for entire 2016.

Hollywood martial arts star Jackie Chan has dropped Goa hottie Ileana and picked Manchu Vishnu’s heroine Amyra Dastur for his upcoming film “Kung Fu Yoga”.

The famous martial arts star had earlier picked up Ileana D’cruz for the crucial role, which could have become the hip siren’s Hollywood debut. However, she was dropped from the film in the last minute and the cute Amyra Dastur has been picked to replace her.

Amyra is set to make her straight Tollywood debut with an upcoming film of Manchu Vishnu. She was already seen Dhanush’s dubbed film Anekudu and opposite Emraan Hashmi in ‘Mr.X’.

It seems that Ileana’s luck is not that good in the recent times. However, she has recently signed a film opposite Akshay Kumar.

As per latest reports, Goa sexy starlet Ileana has bagged the biggest film of her career so far. She would be playing a pivotal role in Chinese action hero Jackie Chan’s new film titled Kung Fu Yoga. She has already flown Dubai to join the shooting.

The film will be a mix of Chinese Kung Fu and Indian Yoga. Sources revealed that Ileana will perform many action sequences in this film. Stanley Tong is directing this action film, a co-production of India and China. Ileana has replaced Katrina Kaif in this film as Katrina could not sign citing unavailability of her dates.

The shooting of this film will take place in Dubai, China and Hong Kong. Ileana is the second actress after Mallika Sherawat to act beside Jackie Chan.

Ileana is also planning to act in south films and waiting for a chance. She left South film industry and went to Bollywood. She acted few movies in Hindi but there she didn’t get the enough break.

Prince Mahesh Babu and Asian superstar Jackie Chan are going to meet one another in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The occasion for the two to be on the same stage if “I” audio launch. Mahesh is stated to have got an invitation from “I” team to attend the event.

Similarly, Shankar, who is known for his international relationships, roped Jackie Chan for the Telugu version audio launch of this event. Previously, Shankar attended Mahesh Babu’s audio launch functions and hence we can expect Prince to attend this event at any cost.
